I’ve never been here, but I’ve driven past it and I’m giving this place a one-star review because customers park in the fire lane directly in front of the business for significant amounts of time. The owners, as well as the police, should make these cars more for their own safety and to help enforce the law. It’s a minor law, sure, until there’s a fire and a truck needs to get in there.

I am so furious! I don’t know what made me decide to go to this place, other than it’s near my work. I dropped off a winter coat and a jacket on Tuesday afternoon. When i was told it would take three days to get the stuff back, I was very surprised, because in Philly(where I live) one-hour dry cleaners are on just about every corner. Three days? Well, I went back today(Friday) and I was told my jacket and coat had not even gone out yet! The woman behind the counter went on a rant about her co-worker, who doesn’t «follow the rules» and apparently just lets stuff sit. I told her I’d just take my things to a one-hour place and asked for them back. She had to dig through a big bag filled with other peoples’ dirty laundry before finding my stuff, now even dirtier and more wrinkled than they had been. She didn’t even apologize for this inconvenience, she just blamed the guy who is there on Tuesdays. I have plans for tomorrow afternoon and I had been planning on wearing my coat, so now I’m f***ed. Now I have to 1) Wear a coat I don’t like because my favorite one is dirty and wrinkled, 2) Buy a new coat or 3) Somehow freshed/clean up my coat by ironing it or something. This place has a big color photo of the owners behind the counter, and I tried to look up their contact info so I could tell them about how incompetent their employees are but had no luck. Hopefully they will see this review and take corrective action. I don’t see how they’ll be able to stay in business with that kind of customer service. If I were them, I would definitely be embarrassed. I should have known not to trust a place like this in godforsaken Bridgeton, NJ. Maybe the people who live in this town are okay with crappy service because there are no other options. Now I have to try to get to a one-hour cleaners in the city tomorrow in time for my plans in the afternoon. UGH! Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.
