Gary Rogers himself is condescending and sexist, but I’ve always found that the ladies in his office — particularly Wilma — are very helpful, so I’ve kept on and just avoid meeting with Gary. However, this time when I called, a male staffer answered. I thought that no one would be ruder than Mr. Rogers himself, but I was wrong. I stated that my legal name had changed, and requested that the change be reflected on my policies and cards. He made ridiculous, tasteless jokes about whether I was being adopted or married. He laughed when I told him«divorced». He had difficulty with the clerical tasks requested, including identifying pertinent policies. I have attempted to transfer my policies to a different State Farm agent, but am told that I’m stuck with this one — this old boys’ network doesn’t allow for that. I’ll have to leave State Farm altogether — and when I do, the reason will be Mr. Gary Rogers.

i have given this agent several trys in proving he wants my money but after two claims where he never once reply to me nor aide me in the claim process as Home Office state he should. Then came to find out he was to be paid a year in advance on my home owners and lead me to believe i had coverage for 8 months only to find out i did not. Recently i had a claim and after 8 days he never once called me or help me and my average wait time on the phone is 1−½ hours and no one ever answers. Do not buy from this agent nor State Farm my car is a collector car and State Farm has yet to pay or even look at my fire claim and i myself had have to cover all lost even through i have full coverage. The only double check here is how the can double rip you off!
