I brought my car there for some body work. They were professional, and the work was quality. An estimate within minutes and scheduled a day for me to bring it in. They also do towing for the state police, which, for me, counts in their favor.
Update: We recently had a car towed by E & M as well. Everything was good.

Terrible towing company with unprofessional staff. His trucks don’t carry the proper equipment, like a full size jack (they only carry mini jacks), rubber mallet (don’t carry these because they are supposedly a liability issue for bending rims, which is utter bull), or jack stands (there’s just no excuse for not having this safety equipment). And because they don’t carry this equipment if they come out to change a flat and can’t get the tire off they try to scam you by telling you that your vehicle needs to be towed (money for towing pays a lot more than a flat tire change). If your roadside assistance company sends them out to you, tell them no thanks and to send out someone else. There 20+ years of experience has trained them how to scam people, not how to do the job right. They are the perfect example of why people don’t trust auto mechanics.
