Here at Travis Miller Attorney at Law, we’ve been helping our fellow West Virginians since 1999. Our current office opened in the Clarksburg — Bridgeport area of West Virginia in 2012. We have represented our clients against the largest auto companies, coal companies, insurance companies, drilling companies, the Social Security Administration, the Dept. of Veterans Affairs and the federal government. We have always limited our practice to personal injury claims, car wrecks, industrial accidents, social security disability claims and veterans service connected disability claims.

Business Owner

Travis was born and raised in West Virginia. He grew up in Lumberport, a small town near Clarksburg. Travis is part of the fourth generation of his family to be raised in this small coal mining town. After graduating from Lincoln High School, he completed his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University where he graduated with a degree in Accounting. In 1999, Travis graduated from the WVU College of Law

He has served as the Chairman of the West Virginia State Bar Social Security Committee since 2009. Travis is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates. He is an accredited attorney by the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is also admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of West Virginia and in the Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit so that he can appeal your claim to the highest levels if need be.
