Not sure what the neg is all about. It’s a taxi service Man. They pick you up, they drop you off.
The haters better stay out of NYC, Baltimore, Miami, Chicago and LA.
These guys treat you like a star in comparison.
Get over yourself.
Used these guys again tonight to pick me up. Driver called me before he got here. Then called me again saying he was on site. Who does that?! What?!
Called them again to bring us all back to my place.
Same gig. Called on the way and on site.
What?!
These guys just get it done. And for cheap.
Come on son!

Pretty terrible.
My experience with Mainline Taxi has generally been poor. Their cars are old, dirty, and smelly. Often the air conditioning either doesn’t work or the driver refuses to put it on. The drivers drive way too fast for safety. They usually take a very long time to arrive, and even if you make a reservation the day before there’s a 50 50 chance that they will show up. They’re also very expensive compared to Über and Lyft.
Finally, the drivers do stupid things like pull over on the train tracks.

Called at 7:20 a.m. and was told 15 – 20 minutes. 50 minutes later and I’m calling a Lyft. Do not recommend.

After reading reviews, I was a little skeptical of this service. But Main Line was the only cab company I could find at midnight that would service my hotel in King of Prussia at 4am. They far exceeded my expectations. I can only speak for my driver, Claire, but she was great. Prompt, honest, and efficient. I’d recommend her to anyone.

to call DE county and. hung up on me when I. said that makes no sense. Excuse the periods on a crappy phone.

Recently had need for ride to 30th street station and found the Main Line Taxi were a good service.
Both to and from the station drivers were there when I wanted them to be, texted me where they were, loaded my bag for me. Besides being punctual, drivers were friendly and chatty and vehicles were clean and presentable.
So far so good.

I called for a taxi around 5:30 AM one weekday last week. The taxi came within a very few minutes, the driver was friendly, and I got where I needed to go. It was just a short trip, but when you need a cab you need a cab. It was prompt and friendly service at an ungodly (for me) hour on a day when my car was in the shop. The driver made polite conversation during the ride, and the cab was very clean. Overall a good experience.

I called for a cab, looking to ride from Blue Bell to the Amtrak station in Philly. I was told 15 – 20 minutes. The cab took 40 minutes to arrive. Their powers of estimating time is horrible. When I said how long I waited to the driver, he simply said «don’t listen to them» in reference to their quoted times. By he can was badly stained. Will not use them again.

we were really late to get the SEPTA 204 from Paoli so the hotel called to get one to Malvern station at 12:50am then I called at 1:45am no one came until 2am then also we also missed the R5 at Malvern station because I called at 8:38am didn’t come until 8:50am we made to train with 30 seconds to go WAY TO CLOSE

A taxi from this company smashed into my parked car back in June when their driver was texting while operating the vehicle (all in the police report).
It has been five months and I STILL have not received payment from their insurance company.

The car was on-​time and clean. The driver was friendly, safe and he knew where he was going. What more can you ask for in a taxi service?
