When I entered the little Hertz office inside the Holiday Inn, no one was there. Not even a sign that said «Be Back Soon.» I waited about 5 minutes then finally someone came. She gave me the key to the car and told me it was parked on the first floor of the garage. I went to the first floor of the garage and walked around pressing the lock/unlock button trying to find the car but couldn’t find it. Went back inside and she told me to look on the second floor. Car was on the second floor, I got in and left right away because I was in a rush. After being in the car for a little while I realized it was filthy! Chip pieces and food crumbs between the seats, dust and crumbs all in the cup holders. There was also a cigarette burn on one of the seats. I definitely returned the car cleaner than when I got it. At least returning the car was easy.
