NEVER, EVER, EVER use CT Exclusive Limo and Airport Car Service. Due to their lack of knowledge of the English language, lack of professionalism and one hour late pickup, I missed my flight from JFK to St. Thomas on Dec. 24, 2015. I was confirmed for pickup at 4:30 am for a 7:45 flight. They did not arrive to 5:30 am. I did not make it to JFK in time. The airlines could not reschedule me until Wednesday, January 30, 2015 and it would have taken me 14 hours to get to St. Thomas. I did not go. The airline is charging me $ 200.00 for a service charge for re-ticketing. When I wrote to this horrible company stating that they should reimburse me the $ 200.00 I received nothing in return. Not even a «NO». Please, when traveling, stay away from CT. Exclusive Limo and Airport Car Service.
