Horrific. They do not return calls or do any sort of follow up. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Absolutely terrible service. Go elsewhere and save yourself the stress.

I’m only giving a two star because of the physical therapists that work on the first floor. If this review was strictly for them, I would’ve given a perfect five star. They are amazing, talented and very personable. I’m not apposed to saying names, so if you are on a workmans comp case & are told to see doctor nitche, ask for a second opinion. This man has no regard for how you feel. He’s condescending and is very disrespectful. On my first visit there, he said that he looked at my mri & said I needed physical therapy. He told me to follow through and meet with him for an appointment the next month. When I met with him again, he asked if I was told to have an mri. I said, yes and X rays. He went outside of the room for maybe two minutes, at max, and said that he didn’t see much wrong with me. I don’t understand how the first workmans comp doctor said that I have a torn rotary cuff, and doctor n is now sending me to a neurologist because he thinks I have Raynauds disorder. I do not know when I am going back to work because this doctor never told me that I need to have a follow up with him. Even the physical therapists are appalled. Do not see him.

The doctors here have a good reputation.
However the service is terrible. You cannot reach them by phone to make an appointment or change an appointment or anything else. I’ve resorted to communicating with them by going to their office.
Never experienced anything like this.
