I don’t know how they got an A rating, and food didn’t taste as well. This diner is only good if its raining and you don’t have an umbrella so you could wait it out without ordering food

My local spot for a quick dinner. Always sit in the private room which has big screen tv’s with ESPN. My usual is the grilled chicken with avocado and honey mustard sauce with potato fries. Yum! The specials are also great fir the price of $ 19.99

Went yesterday and the server had an additude, food was just as bad. Ordered pasta with chicken and the pasta was crunchy and burnt … I really dont understand how that happens … Anywho 75 $ i could have made a better meal at home for us …
The split pea soup was great ! If that even matters at this point.

WARNING! Dangerous parking lot — never go here at night. It attracts drunks and local hoodlums who brawl into the wee hours of the morning. The staff does nothing to quell these fights. Food was barely passable — had to return my french fries twice because they tasted like the OLD oil from their fryer.

Ordered the breaded vegetables & sweet potato fries. Not bad. The fries are great.
My parents got some stuff off the brunch menu — their home fries & omelettes were cold. One of the plates was so dirty:(
The waiter was very nice though, not his fault. But it’s 3 of us and they only gave us two waters, I’m almost done eating and they still haven’t brought the water):
I used to love coming to this place with my parents. But it’s gone down hill though.

Gross… first time eating there and don’t recommend the breakfast. Ordered corn beef hash and eggs with hash browns. Weird taste only the eggs were edible.

Called and placed an order for a chicken quesadilla. Waited an hour for delivery, mind you I’m 2 blocks away. The answering guy at the register is extremely rude and unprofessional. Should get fired. Finally food arrives bland chicken no flavor, guacamole was so salty, even the sour cream was liquidity. I should of read the reviews first.

Our waiter was nice. That’s the only nice thing I can say. I ordered pancakes bacon and orange juice… It was horrible. It taste like the bottom of my shoe. And there was a couple sitting next to us talking about «pimping» and «thots» and kissing on each other. Yuck get a room. I would never come back again.

This diner was once upon a time, one of the best diners to eat in Queens. Since it has changed owners the quality of the food has diminished. I went with a few people to eat at this location and the meals were sub par at best. We ordered a BLT which came on extremely stale, hard bread that was toasted to infinity (maybe to try and hide the staleness?). Needless to say, the meal was never finished. We also ordered burgers which were not hot or appetizing. The waitress was o.k. but was expected to wait on the entire diner (no comment there). Do yourself a favor and google the best diners in Queens to eat there instead. Save your money and appetite for a quality meal…

Had breakfast/​brunch here and will not come back nor do I recommend this place to anyone. Food is ok nothing really to write home about, coffee is awful! Staff is not really performing at an A game performance at all. Everyone working at this place seemed pissed off. Not a good way to start your day!

Save your time. The waitress has no manners, no greetings, seems like everyone is pissed off. Anyway the most important part is egg shell was included in our food for free. We let the waitress know and no response. Charged us the full amount. Please don’t go.

Well usually when I eat here the food is amazing but that is when I get breakfast. Today we ventured out and got lunch but I must say that wasn’t the best choice. The food was ok nothing spectacular but decent enough to get my fiancé and I through the day to run some errands.
Would HIGHLY recommend for breakfast but for lunch cook at home or try the Wendy’s 3 blocks away.

Classic NY dinner. Want a successful dinner experience at The Flagship… keep your order simple. Don’t go crazy and get something you don’t think you could master at home. Breakfast, Burgers, salads, soups, sandwiches… all decent. Steak, pork chops, pasta… not so much.
However, they are friendly and accommodating. The parking is more than decent and they delver pretty fast… and ya gotta love that typical ²⁴⁄₇ openness.

This diner was perhaps the worst diner I’ve ever been to. Now while I ate everything and ate my girlfriend’s meal too (we both had hamburger deluxe) I pretty much eat everything all the time (I hate wasting food). Firstly, my girlfriend’s plate was missing the burger When they corrected the mistake she took a bite of an onion ring and it was straight-​up cold. Cold and old. They were all cold Normal people would have complained, but I don’t like to make a scene or be one of ‘those people’. She tried to eat her burger, but just said «no». She said it was disgusting. I felt like they were bland as could be, but they were edible so I ate my burger, hers, all the fries and a couple of cold onion rings too. The service was good hence the 2 stars. Do yourself a favor and skip this diner. You can thank me later.

Flagship to me is a staple of living in Briarwood. I’ve eaten at this place my entire life growing up in Queens. Whether it is dinning in, taking out or even getting delivery, their food is decent. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t go to Flagship expecting amazing food, I go there because its a local place that has good customer service and average diner food. Sometimes, however it can be a hit or miss. They have made mistakes and might mess up your food but they quickly fix the issue. I’ve never had bad customer service when I dined in and their take out and/​or delivery service is pretty good. When my food is delivered, it always arrives hot. All in all, Flagship is a local diner in Briarwood that has decent diner food and good customer service and I will continue to visit when I am in my old neighborhood.

Great Greek diner! Their breakfasts are meh but their souvlaki and Greek salads are the best! The staff are always friendly and they work very hard to make sure you have a good meal. The prices have risen a bit over the years but the food is always good and fresh.

Flagship has been at this spot for quite a while so they are doing something right.
Classic NY diner so breakfast platters and burgers are just about all I’d get here.

Had another one of those great lunches with my friend Joe. This was my dad’s favorite place in Queens!

I come here all the time. Decent food. Great drinks. Open 24 hours. Just had the dinner special, stuffed trout. It was very good.

It’s a hit or miss with what you order here. If you’re craving shitty diner food to cure a hangover or to sober yourself up after a long night of drinking, this is the place. My family and I have been coming here for years due to it being an alternative to IHOP’s insanely long lines.
Don’t expect anything special here.
