History
Established in 1993.
Mark started selling real estate in 1993, and quickly became the #1 agent at Lois Seiden Real Estate, Inc. When the agency sold in 1997, he went on to become the #1 agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Westchester County for six consecutive years (1997 – 2002). In 2003, Mark established The Mark Seiden Real Estate Team, becoming the top listing agent in Westchester County in 2010.
Mark’s key to success is having a steadfast determination to excel, allowing him to take the industry by storm. Challenged by traditional business models, he refuses to settle for the standard, «business as usual» approach. Instead, Mark continues to look for new and more efficient ways to help people make the most of their real estate opportunities.
From cutting-edge marketing techniques to Mark’s interactive website, he has always been a pioneer in the field. Today, Mark is widely recognized as THE premier authority in Westchester County for any and all your real estate needs.
Meet the Business Owner
Mark S.
Business Owner
Mark earned a degree in hotel and restaurant administration from Cornell and UC Berkeley. After 10 years at the corporate level in the New York food industry, Mark wanted a more balanced life for his wife Amy and their growing family. Something was missing that the corporate world couldn’t give Mark, and he wanted to get back to helping others and making a difference in people’s lives.
Soon, Mark and Amy moved from the big city to Westchester County and they never looked back. Mark says, «I told my mom that after years of pleading with me to come work at her real estate company that she’d finally gotten her wish.»
Today Mark’s real estate company is located in Westchester County, the same area he was raised as a child, and he and Amy have three growing children and the house of their dreams.
