We offer personalized service that the large companies can’t match because our owner, Russell Levine, answers every call and comes to every location to ensure that customers are treated like family.

Russell has been in the heating and air conditioning field since the mid 1970’s when he discovered the challenges that local residents and businesses were having with receiving personalized attention from the large HVAC businesses in Westchester.

From the very beginning, Russell has utilized a work ethic that was rare in the 1980’s and unheard of today-​doing whatever he has to do to guarantee that clients are taken care of correctly the first time…

Russell Heating Cooling is a subsidiary of Russell Appliance Service, Inc. which was established in 1983 to serve Westchester, NY residents and businesses. With a solid background in heating and air conditioning service and installation, we branched-​out to include major appliances and refrigeration in our offerings in an attempt to satisfy the huge demand for competent service in these fields. Today, Russell Heating Cooling is highly focused on repair and installations of A/​C and heating equipment in order to better serve our cherished customers.

Business Owner

Russell Levine has attended NY State Universities and trade schools in preparation for owning and operating the «Russell» family of service/​installation businesses since their inception in 1983. Even today, Russell is the person answering the phone, returning emails and arriving at customers’ houses and businesses to address heating and cooling issues.

Russell’s goal is to form lifelong relationships with his customers and has managed to succeed time after time.
