Great local pizza, love their garlic knots. Great nice people, specifically Annemarie.

I look forward to trying their other foods. Coming from the Bronx and settling in Danbury CT. I’ve been pizza deprived, I’m use to NYC pizza. Luckily through word of mouth I’ve been led to Sinapis Pizzeria and I will be a regular from now on. Thank God!!!

My whole family and I LOVE Sinapis Pizzeria! When we lived in Pawling it was a special treat to trek to Brewster and indulge ourselves in a delicious meal(we are Italians so we know good Italian food) that we didn’t have to prepare ourselves. In fact, Sinapis has even catered some of our family functions. We have all since moved away from Pawling, but every time we visit we make our«Sinapis run.» Our family especially likes the garlic knots, broccoli rabe, cavatelli/escarole/sausage, penne vodka sauce, greek salad, and, of course, pepperoni pizza! We have found the prices to be fair especially considering the quality of food and portion size. The staff is friendly and efficient… and they certainly have to move quickly when the place gets busy. Kudos to Sinapis for their excellent food, service, and longevity in business!

Sinapi’s food is pretty good, but prices are rediculous. 10 garlic knots that ranged from the size of half the size of my fist, to the size of two quarters cost the same as two slices of pizza, plus I had a card so it was a 10 $ minimum, which was also completely insane. The only reason I actually bought anything was because I had to use the bathroom, and it was a costumer only restroom. The staff was tolerable, and my garlic knots were luke warm. A few weeks later my mother went to order from them and the man who was on the phone with her was completely rude, he didnt want to deliver even though it states on the website they do. The total came to 10 dollars and some change and when he came to the hotel for delivery he never came to the room and charged an extra dollar. The last two times we called for delivery they said they werent sending people out because they dont deliver even though it states on their website they DO. I wouldnt really reccomend this place unless you dine in and pay cash.

The pizza is delicious but the staff is so unbelievable rude and impatient. I wait over 2 minutes on hold over the phone and you would think she would be at least apologetic instead I get«ok what do you want?». I’ll only go there if I’m really craving the scarpariello because I cannot deal with the treatment from the staff. Just kill them with kindness and bite your tongue. And enjoy your pizza :)

I love the pizza here! It’s very flavorful, staff is friendly and hospitable. There’s been a couple times I’ve ordered pizza by the slice and could taste that it was reheated but other than that, it’s usually fresh. When you take a bite of that fresh hot slice that’s fresh out of the oven, and sauce drips down your chin with every bite, my god, that is the best slice you could possibly get. I’ve been to other pizza places where the slices are small and overpriced… not here, the slices are HUGE and the price is perfect for the quantity and quality, it’s awesome! I’ve also had the chicken Parmesan wedge, I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.

Great pizza and menu! The soup is amazing as well. Staff is always friendly and allows it to be a family friendly place!

Pizza is mediocre. Grease flows from the top and the crust is mushy, not crusty. When you need a spatula to serve the pizza, you’ve got a problem. One star was lost due to FoxNews on the TV.

great pizza, had a sicilian pie, was fresh, cheese was plentiful and the sauce was fantastic. the waitresses were eager to help, and the man who made the pizza looked like a professional pie-man. if in the area, you cant go wrong with this pizza joint

We moved to Brewster a little over a year and were thrilled to find this place, great food, I gave it 3 stars due to the poor poor customer service. When we place orders over the phone, the young female that always answers is extremely rude, impatient to us everytime. We get rushed off the phone and seem to get an attitude every time. The owners of this establishment should know this is definitely hurting their business and we are taking our business elsewhere, because it is absurd to give business to a place that treats their customers in such a poor fashion.

A very distinctive sauce with a unique flavor that leaves you coming back for more. The staff are very friendly and down to earth. The main dishes have large portions and the garlic knots are scrumptious. Friday nights can get a little crowded but the tables turn over quickly. Also a good selection of beers and wine by glass or carafe. My favorite dinner is Chicken Scarpariello, hmm hmm good. Oh and they are now taking credit cards, so no more looking for cash if you come up short.

Pizza is very good/consistent. We take out only. Also, the pasta dishes are outstanding. Our favorite is Linguini w/clam sauce. Sometimes their take– out packaging is a little messier than others, but considering the fresh taste of everything, not a serious hardship. No credit cards, an inconvenience.

Pizza and all dishes are made with fresh ingredients and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Seating is limited but never extremely crowded. They just started home delivery which is wonderful and a past due addition. The food is just wonderful and one of the best pizza spots in the area.
