My over 18 years in the commercial and residential construction industry gives me a great advantage in identifying some critical elements in a home inspection that you would want to be aware of. I wanted to bring this experience into real-​estate inspection business to give my clients the experience they deserve I have built out over 49 story buildings, 400 plus unit apartment and assisted living facilities and public schools. Have built and renovatd coutless square feet of residential construction.

My over 18 years in the commercial and residential construction industry I have built out over 49 story high rise building, 400 plus unit apartment and assisted living facilities and public schools. Countless square feet of retail space for national retailers all over the north east for Kohles, Target, Chicos, Gap, White house Black market, T-​mobile, Circuit City, Best buyand Clarks. After my depature from corprate construction world I wanted tostay closer to home with my new wife.
