Rhea Carroll owns & operates Springtime Anytime Cleaning LLC. She has a Business Management Degree from Cayuga Community College. After 15 years of working as a Store Manager in the Retail field, Rhea decided she wanted to work as her «own boss» with flexible hours. She has been very lucky to have met and worked with some great people who now work with her in her own business. During college she worked for a small residential and commercial cleaning company in Syracuse, NY. focusing on both residental and commercial accounts.
