History

Established in 2015.

After years of working as a Helpdesk Technician, I realized that most companies cannot, or do not support their own products! What is the average person to do? Googling it only goes so far.

Business Owner

I have been a tech fanatic since the early days of computing. My early degree in «Computer Science» was when it was called «Data Processing». At that time, the IBM PC, the Internet, Google, and Facebook did not exist. Next tech job was in the US Air Force, repairing avionics equipment aboard C5As. Quality Control Management was next, followed by founding one of the first VARs in the Bay Area in 1982 (Bottom-​Line Computer Systems).

I eat sleep and breathe Technology, and love to help people use it.
