Window Innovations

I used Window Innovations at Rave Motion Pictures; they were great then and they’re great now. They’re not a discount window tinter; but if you don’t want bubbles or bad measurements, they’re the people to call. From the friendly phone service, to Paul Roman’s sales approach and Vince’s talent, they have it together. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Window Solutions was very informative, professional, and efficient. We had clear solar energy film installed on our living room windows and privacy frost film installed in a bathroom and entry hall. The clear film noticeably reduces heat coming into the house and doesn’t block our views. The frost film also looks great and is exactly what we needed.

Just had them install tint on the south side of my home. From start to finish I was very happy about the service and the product they provided. Recommended.

I have scheduled film installation at 1 pm. No one called or showed up until I called at 1:35pm.I was told the installer ran into an issue w/​the previous job so he won’t arrive until 45 min later. I wish someone will give me a call and let me know about the delay! It seems like they don’t care.

Had an appointment set for today to get my security film installed… and no one showed up. So I called t he office and was told by Barbara that they CANCELLED my appointment. I had signed a proposal but Paul was trying to price out the attachment system as well. I never signed a proposal approving the attachment system. Now he tells me that his son in law does not feel comfortable doing the film only. He says that I now have to do the attachment system too (which would make it twice the original price).
So what I originally approved someone decided to take it upon themselves to cancel my appointment because I did not agree to do the more expensive attachment system…
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PAUL IS THE WORST SALESMAN I HAVE EVER MET!!!

After living with a situation where I have a lot of glare and heat from morning sun, I did a lot of research on window films and installers, and settled on calling Window Innovations to install some Huper Optik film on my overly-​sunny windows (my windows received so much sun that over 2 years, my old black curtains had faded to light gray on the side facing outwards!).
Window Innovations did a totally professional job — great low-​pressure sales, left me with plenty of samples to compare, and did a perfect job of installation. The glare is reduced, my art and furniture are less likely to get killed by the sun, and I’m still able to enjoy my view.
I’d definitely call these guys again when I have my next place, and I strongly recommend checking out their Huper Optik films.

Finding window protection /​tint isn’t easy. Multiple companies, numbers, promises and sales tactics. Steve the owner of Window Innovations is a professional and works with you regardless of your budget –he is incredibly knowledgeable, tasteful, practical and professional.
I spent a considerable amount of time searching for the right film in the Tri-​Valley area and East Bay and were despairing that I wouldn’t find a good solution. I called one of the manufactures who told me about Steve at Window Innovations. I am so glad I did!
Steve, the owner, was patient and spent a lot of extra time doing everything he could to help me even though he wasn’t going to make a huge profit but instead provided a competitive price with the film I was looking for.
The company is licensed, bonded, quality controlled through their own employees and office staff. I was even told Steve tinted Google’s HQs and other major hotels which was outstanding since I was having him do my residential house and wanted the tint to look like it wasn’t there The energy saving costs and benefits sold me.
I really appreciate service providers who provide uncommonly exceptional and personalized customer service. Steve cares about his customers, and he’ll go the extra mile for you!
