They were very helpful in ensuring that we got our full deposit back. That was really important to us because we had kept our apartment in very good shape. We had a walk-through where they specifically told us the few things we needed to fix, they provided us touch-up paint to paint the spot where we had drilled to hang a curtain up, and Ari even came on our actual move-out date to check the apartment one last time to make sure we had fixed everything we needed to. Since rents had gone up from when we moved in they also worked with us to find someone to move into our apartment so we did not have to pay for all of our last month. We just had to pay for the days we were actually there and the days needed to prep the apartment for the new residents. It was a win-win situation for all.
This was definitely a clean, relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. The fact that you can walk to the Safeway across the street, which is open till 1 AM, is also a BIG plus! One of the other perks of living in Brentwood is that the city actually prides itself on investing in its police force.
Obviously every apartment complex has some things that could be better, but this place is a really good value. Every time we had a significant issue, they eventually worked with us to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Also, having Micky as one of the maintenance people is one of the best perks of living here!

I love living at Town Centre Commons for 5 years. Very quiet, very safe, very beautiful community with great staff — both Micky and Ari are awesome — Micky is quick to fix any thing that needs repair and Ari is very responsive for any office questions. Great staff, great community, great apartment! :)

I loved my apartment. I hate the management. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I chose this place because of its ideal location and newly renovated apartments ever since I’ve signed my lease this place has been a nightmare to deal with. The management has entered my apartment without my permission, making false accusations and accusing me of short paying when my lease says otherwise. I got the apartment in hopes that I would be in it for a few years, but after everything I’ve been through I couldn’t wait to get out of there. It’s not a great feeling not knowing what your coming home to and not being able to trust the people that have access to your home. Never would I recommend this place to anyone you’re better putting the money towards renting another apartment.

My family and I moved into this complex in August of 2012. We loved it and the management. About a month into our move, the complex was sold and FPI Management took over. Residents started dropping like flies. They raised rents 200 – 300 dollars a month and the interaction with the staff became nonexistent. I called in Jan. to let the office know that we would not be renewing our lease and the lady in the office said I needed to put it in writing and turn it in at the end of the month (Our lease was up at the end of Feb.) I turned the letter in with my rent. We cleaned and moved out of the apartment on Feb. 15. Each time I came by the office (throughout the week and weekends) the office was closed –I needed to turn in my keys. I called on March 1 and left a message stating I needed to give a forwarding address and asked what I need to do with my keys but never received a call back. I called again on March 5 and spoke to the office staff and she said that since I turned the letter in on the 31^st, that my lease wasn’t up until the 3^rd of March and that since I hadn’t turned my keys in yet, that my lease was going until they were turned in! Horrible service and unprofessional. I would never recommend this complex under this management to anyone.
A side note, there is an elderly man who has lived there for 15 years and because this company has taken over, they are raising his rent 250 dollars a month and he will have to leave his home since he cannot afford it.

I’ve lived here for several years and love the centerally located area. It’s near all the schools for the kiddies, the coffee houses for the java needy, the Supermarket for the late night beer run and all the shops and downtown area. That means it a 5 minute walk to the movie thearter and the Cougar wine bar. The management has done a fabolus job at keeping the rough-necks and party animals out of this complex. YEP I’m a fan

My husband and I lived in this apartment complex for almost 3 years, but only because the rent was cheaper than other apartments that were comparable. First– the bugs, so gross. Cockroaches, pincher bugs, spiders and they would come up from underneathe the lamenate flooring in the bathroom. The management hired temps for a while and that was frustrating to deal with, but now they have a hired staff who are nice. Tiny washer and dryer, tiny kitchen, high pge bill for such a small place. Our favorite part was that we had nice upstairs neighbors.
