This place is ridiculous, what a joke! I brought in several pairs of wedges and jeans and 2 pairs of the wedges were brand new, still in the box and never worn, the others wedges and even the jeans were all slightly worn only but barely, they offered me $ 16.00 for 3 pairs of wedges (including the 2 that were brand new) and 4 pairs of jeans. I walked out of there taking all my stuff. I didn’t expect to get what I paid but how are you gonna offer me about $ 2.00 an item and than turn around and over price it for sale because for used clothes they are extremely overpriced. I don’t recommend this place and never will I go back. Felt like a slap in the face!

Owner is sweet, funny and stylish. Great people person and the selection is wide ranges. They put outfits together fashionably (I look most at those things because I come from retail) this second hand store is great and gives people an opportunity to wear high named clothes at a good price !

went to the store the other day and there was a young male and female working, and i was the only customer. neither of the workers greeted me when i walked in and nobody asked if i needed help — they were too busy talking to each other. i looked at a watch they in the counter were selling for $ 139 and i think was used, looked it up online and could buy brand new for only $ 80!!! i was told there’s another young female who works here that is very nice and pleasant, so perhaps i just got a bad two workers, but still prices are way too expensive for the products they sell.

New2You has really built their name. Their employees will treat you with respect and also share their knowledge on designer items, if needed. By far the best deals you can find for gently used brand name items. They have plenty to offer to not only the Brentwood community but also their surroundings, which is amazing! Definately would recommend the store to a family member or friend (as I have been)!!

They have the cutest clothes, great hours, really good prices (cheaper than most Goodwill’s which have started pricing WAY too high) …New 2 You is great. The store is clean, has a nice layout & a great vibe. I took my teenage son here (he is the pickiest person on the planet) and even he loved it. He found a great American Apparel button up for under 10 dollars. I also love that I can bring some of my clothes in to exchange for store credit. I will be shopping here again.

I went into the stores with two of my teenagers thinking neat idea. My kids are very into Jordan shoes. They have some for sale pricing on an average of $ 90. My daughter had 3 pair of shoes she wanted to sell or use towards credit in store. The buyer only offered her $ 20 for all 3 pair. Honestly this price was insulting. These shoes are about $ 130 new. And they are selling these at $ 90. So to offer $ 20 for all 3 pair didn’t add up. We took the shoes and left and do not wish to give them our business. I understand they need to make money but at the same time they should offer fair credit which would make a customer a return one.

I love this place! The employees are so nice and the gentleman who accepts the clothes is very fair. I especially like the fact that every time my 17 year old son goes in by himself, he’s always treated respectfully. They don’t give him any attitude like I see all too often at other stores. They treat all their customers well. I hope they stay in business for a long time!

So I went in to sell some of my clothes today and was greatly disappointed. First, I found it a little weird that they take all of your clothes into their back room to sort through them without you being able to watch. And then after they are done they dump the things they are taking into a tote and give you a price for everything as a total. They didn’t break it down whatsoever and I’ve been to millions of trading stores and have never had them do that. Most stores tell you how much each item they are taking is worth. And on top of that they took two pairs of BRAND new shoes that were never used and three pairs of brand name jeans and a few other items for only $ 30! It ended up being about $ 3 per item. If I wanted that price I would have had a garage sale. I DONT recommend this place at all. Your better off going to crossroads or buffalo exchange where they actually give you the money that your items are worth.

So I went n here today expecting to get a descent amount of money for my brand new clothes and was really disappointed. I had three large bags and they only ended up buying three items which is fine but offered only 9 bucks for them. I also was trying to sale a designer dress that had the tag still on priced at 148 and I was asking 40 not a bad price if u ask me anyways she said she was only able to get like 15 bucks for
that I wish she woulda said that she wasn’t interested. talk about being food anyways I ended up taking the nine bucks it’s at least something for my upcoming trip.

went to this shop with high hopes, the reviews seemed good. After waiting an hour+ to sell some of my teen age daughters clothing. Which was all from Hollister and Abercrombie and Fitch. Most of the items were not even worn, but because I removed the tags and washed them the store would not take them back. So we thought this would be great, well its not at all. These guys kept 11 items of my daughters, and paid her only 17 bucks! Yea, seriously this place is a joke. I checked out the entire store and they were selling similar items for a higher price then what the claimed to sell ours for. I will never go here again.

Meh… after seeing a commercial for this place and reading some of the glowing reviews here on Unilocal,my expectations were high. I was expecting wall-​to-​wall name-​brands, all in excellent condition. Instead, this place is a mixed bag. Yeah, you’re far more likely to find name-​brand clothing at New2You than you are at places like Goodwill or the Salvation Army, but you still have to pick through a bunch of ugly, worn-​out clothing to find it. Not everything there is in good condition or even worth a second glance. The hype about this place had me believing most of the things there would be really high quality. Honestly, it’s equal measures junk and purchase worthy items.
There was a reviewer that claimed that New2You had an excellent selection for plus-​size women. That review was one of the main reasons I went there. I have to honestly say, the selection for plus-​size women was miniscule at best. However, I was able to find a pair of Mudd jeans and a Baby Phat t-​shirt for only 20 bucks total. So there are some treasures to be found, but they’re a bit on the scarce side, and you have to pick through quite a lot of unattractive junk to find it.
I think I might drop in occasionally to see if there are any new items that are worth the purchase, but I can’t see myself going all that often. It’s not a bad place, but it didn’t measure up to all the hype I’ve been hearing.

UPDATED– a little overdue, but I feel like I should change my review because I was just upset when I wrote it. They made a mistake when I was in– a year ago– but I don’t have enough of an experience here to keep them at one star! Plus the owner reached out, which was nice of her.
Came here on a Sunday to sell some dresses. I walk in, with my hands full of clothes, and before I even come all the way in the girl up front says «we don’t buy on Sundays.» I looked at their website before and it didn’t say that. Would have been nice to know. Then, to makes things worse, my mom went down there for me the next week and was told that they aren’t even buying dresses. Didn’t even want to see them. If the girl I saw on my first visit was a little friendlier, she could have looked at the GIANT pile of dresses in my arms and let me know not to bother dragging them back.

This place is amazing! Great prices! Great customer service! Love it! Clean and friendly! Excellent location. Good parking. :) very pleased!

I really enjoy this place ! But I think it’s aimed towards middle aged woman mostly, it’s not as free ranged as platos closet is with having cloths for woman of all ages. This place will as well buy your gently used cloths, but there store buyer should put aside their own taste.
As well as be more realistic with their purchasing prices.
It’s also a pain to have to wait for the store owner to authenticate some thing, it’s whenever they decide to come in I guess.
Overall the place has potential.

This place is a amazing! Full of gently-​used items that look new. They have shoes, purses, belts accessories, jewelry, pants, dresses, tops, well, everything and all of it is in impeccable condition! Their selection is great as the store is very large and I really appreciated that they also have a great selection in plus-​sizes. The store is neat and tidy and the staff were super friendly! They carry high-​end designer brands like Louis Vuitton right alongside basics like High Sierra and everything is priced to sell. They give you an additional 10% off for «liking» their Facebook page, «checking in» on your Facebook and on your Instagram. I had a coupon from the Brentwood Press giving me $ 10 off my purchase of $ 50 or more. With this coupon and the additional discounts mentioned above, I was able to get three dresses and five tops for less than $ 45! This store had clothing in every style, for young teens up to adults, in so many brands and sizes. I will be bringing friends and family back here and doing some shopping for my husband.
