Joan Grimes earned her B.A. from University of California. Berkeley and J.D. from California Western University. Ms. Grimes has been a bankruptcy attorney for over 25 years and has served as President of the Northern California Bankruptcy Forum and Chair of the Contra Costa Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section.
