Best dentist visit I have ever had ! Went to a dentist in the Valley they told me I needed 3 root canals. Went Jay Grossman office next day his specialist told me I didn’t need a root canal !
Fixed my front chipped tooth with filling ‚
Price was $ 268, saved me money and PAIN ! Dr Jay Grossman is just a Cool guy ! Dr Berry Wiesman did a great job felt no pain. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED !

I cannot say enough on how great Dr. Jay and his team were. I can truly say that I had a positive, transformational dental experience. While I have been Dr. Jay’s care for more than twenty years, I found myself needing an implant and a crown. (While I wish I could say there was another way but I knew this was coming. I had simply have been postponing it for some time. Now I could no longer do that.)
Dr. Jay took the time to explain in detail what has happened and showed me what needed to be done. Was I apprehensive? Yes, but somehow I felt reassured as he explained how it would all work out. When the work began, it was done with care — and somehow time flowed quickly and easily — and I experienced amazing teamwork. Dr. Glazer and Melisaa was able to handle my tooth and crown work — and placed temporary in a snap. (I know I had anesthetic but I think their conversation — and care — kept me going in good spirits.) Paperwork? Sara had it all handled. Follow ups? Got follow up call from Lenai and Maria over few days — and Dr. Jay even!
For extraction and implant, I was referred to Dr. Moldovan. Teresa called and found me a time available right away — within a day! You could say she sent me sent me upstairs — fast.
And… I think that process was the easiest extraction I have ever had! (Prior one was done years ago by another Periodontist — from another group which I will not name here.) My tooth extraction and implant was done in a single visit! And no complications! Dr. Moldovan and her team made it seem effortless. Many friends have warned me how things could go wrong and what not — but no problems here. (I can definitely say that quality makes a difference for sure.) When I told my friends, they were amazed.
As of today, I got my temporary crown replaced with the actual one. And as you can imagine, it went great. (Thank you Jennifer.)
I can truly say that you will not be able to find a better team, no family, of medical professional anywhere in the world — and I am grateful for the care they have given me. Thank you, everyone.

I went way too long without seeing a dentist. A friend recommended Dr. Jay, and now I never miss a dental appointment. Dr. jay and his staff a very personal and friendly. It’s as good as a trip to the dentist can be.

Believe it or not — l had a really great dental visit! From the moment I signed in to X-​ray and cleaning; consultation to the thank you tooth care packet — I was welcomed, well received, treated, advised and cared for in your office.
Definitely a class act and efficient medical provider. I plan to recommend Dr. Jay S. Grossman & Associates to all of my friends and associates. Five stars for Dr. Jay!

I had been seeing Dr. Grossman for a couple years. I go to him for all my cleanings, and I’ve gotten a couple cavities filled. I also have 2 immediate family members that have been seeing him for years.
On my last visit, he told me it wasn’t worthwhile for me to be his patient if I wasn’t going to get invisalign, because he only makes «12 dollars» per cleaning after paying his hygienist. This came out of nowhere, I was shocked, and I’m not making any of this up.
I have written this review three times, but Dr. Jay must delete it every time because it disappears. But as many times as you remove this Dr. Jay, I will come back and re-​write it, so that the people who still have a soul know what’s most important to you.

The worst doctor ever ! Always have second opinion after his treatment ! I did and I discovered that Dr. Grossman did wrong 6 teeth. I have to pay again because Dr Grossman refused to return money. Yes, he offered to do treatment again but I can not trust him or in his professional abilities.

DR. Jay grossman has helped my dad so much. He told my dad to just give what he can and they can figure out a way to get what he needs done. Because of Dr. grossman my dad pain is almost gone and is on his way to a great smile! I would recommend anyone to see him. My dads experience was a very delight one when he went and it was a nice change for the staff to be so friendly and to actually be in the loop.

Just finished having a cavity filled and a partial crown completed and it was hands down the best dentist experience I have ever had. Dr. Grossman uses a painless laser to fix cavities! It took about 4 seconds. NO DRILLING and NO NOVOCAINE! I generally dread going to the dentist, but this is about as pleasant a visit as it gets. I highly recommend Dr. Grossman’s office — the staff is incredibly friendly and the appointments actually run as scheduled, which I very much appreciate.

I had such a pleasant experience today during my visit to Dr. Grossman’s. It was very refreshing to have such a nice office and kind staff during my dental cleaning. My hygienist Elma was very considerate and made sure I had as pleasant of an experience as possible. I was very impressed with her cleaning, she was very attentive to detail and made sure that I understood all the different things she was discovering while cleaning my teeth.
After my cleaning Dr. Glazer went over my x-​rays and recommended that we fill in a cavity that was in its early stages. She was very careful with the procedure and made sure it was painless, literally, I didn’t feel anything.
Overall I was very pleased with my visit and I will definitely be coming back to Dr. Grossman’s for all my dental needs. Thanks Guys!

there is so much i can say about dr jay grossman and all his staff, and the only thing i can say is to share my experience,
i came in to his oficce about 2 years ago and i was resign about me ever have to smile again with out being shy of how my teeth look like, i had spaces in my teeth and a bad cheap crown, that i had replace 6 times in 20 years and it just never look natural.
i lost hope on trusting the 7 dentist that could do a miracle on my crown and i found god disguise as dr jay and in a period of 3 months i had invasalign and new spanky beautiful teeth. i didnt have insurance so i use a program call care credit for two years was interest free and when my crown broke dr jay took me in and repace it with a stronger case and the same beauty at no extra charge and did my invasalign again at no extra charge.
today i am the best of me and i laught like never before and my confidence sky rocket, i come back every 3 to 4 months to get my regular cleanings and the doctors and nurses here have angel hands specialy the one that did my crown. thank you all.
dr jay is the founder of homeless not toothless where homeless and kids in foster homes get their teeth fix for free to go back into society and be productive again and kids to know they matter and that there is people that care to be good citizens in this country. thank you dr jay and staff.

Yesterday I took advantage of a LivingSocial deal and did the tooth whitening procedure. It definitely made my teeth noticeably whiter. I got to meet Dr. Grossman after the procedure and he is fantastic. He did a quick look at my teeth and told me that his cursory opinion is that my bite/​teeth look good and I should just come back for my next cleaning. I love that he didn’t try to «sell» me procedures I didn’t need. Plus, he has a great charity called Homeless not Toothless which earned him a spot on the prestigious «mensch list» in the Jewish Journal. The office is nice and clean. Valet parking is available. A+

This is a one of a kind place. The staff is warm and friendly, facility is awesome and clean and all the doctors treat you like one of their own. I had an all night tooth ache and dr. Grossman saw me first thing despite his busy schedule. Dr. Neman performed a painless procedure with her gentle hands that took all the pain away and they made liberal credit arrangements as I am a student on a tight budget. I can’t thank this office enough. Five stars all the way!

Beautiful office, great staff and attentive doctor. No bait and switch tactics, just an awesome practice that is vying for your business as a patient!
I am updating my review however since its been almost a week since I got my teeth whitened in the office for via GroupOn. Initially my teeth looked much whiter, but now they have gone back to the color that they were — but now with blotchy white spots. The pain afterwards was definitely not worth the results that I obtained. I believe my teeth are now actually worse than what they were to begin with. I am going to purchase take home trays and bleach and hopefully this rectifies the problem.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jay for around 10 years. He is the best of the best in my opinion and has an amazing practice to show for it, staffed by competent people who are great at what they do.
Dr. Jay prides himself in offering the latest in technology. I recently had two cavities filled in less that 10 minutes using his new laser.
I have referred many of my friends and family to this practice.

Before having my teeth cleaned by Dr. Glazer my main fears were listed as dentists, doctors, dentists, needles, and dentists. Now I’m proud to say I’m just terrified of needles. The cleaning (and filling) were painless & she even worked around my braces.
The entire staff is super warm & Dr. Grossman is a great person. The front desk was very helpful, sweet, and patient.
I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable this was. :)

I went to Dr. Jay when I first moved here. I brought with me all my dental records from Boston (about 10 years worth). He said I needed a filling or two replaced. His assistant asked him a question just as he was about to shoot me with novocaine. I guess he talks with his hands because he was waiving the needle around and almost novocained my chest! Seriously. He pricked my shirt with the needle and didn’t even notice! He just kept talking about what a great dentist he was and his celebrity clientele.
He mentioned that from my xrays he thought the second filling replacement was too big of a filling and he would need to do a root canal. That scared me so I decided to get a second opinion at USC Faculty practice just in case. Guess what? Not only did I not need the root canal, the filling was fine! To this day it’s still fine (it’s been about 8 years). The USC doc joked «Maybe he just wanted you to pay for his new car.»
When I went back to his office to pick up my records all they gave me was one sheet of paper! I asked where the rest was and they said they didn’t have them. I had hand delivered them on my first visit! Total schiester. He’s too wrapped up in his image and doesn’t provide professional or quality care.

I continue to see Dr. Grossman and his team for my dental care (over 18 years now) and my smile is happier for it. Although I had braces in my teen years my teeth had shifted slightly. I discussed this with Dr. Jay last year and he recommended Invisalign. I was immediately interested as I wanted to correct this. He also suggested that adjusting my bite might improve some gum sensitivity that had occurred due to nighttime clenching. I’ve been happy with both results and the process of wearing the aligners even caused me to be more conscious of my brushing & flossing routine resulting in better cleanings.
I continue to recommend Dr. Grossman and his office to everyone. They make dental care effortless.

I bought a Bloomspot deal for teeth whitening for Jay Grossman. $ 99, not bad, right? Well nothing was horrible, just meh. My teeth looked a little bit whiter but I’m really glad it was only $ 99 I spent on that because it really wasn’t worth a penny more. The lady who applied the whitening was very sweet and helpful. I would give her 5 stars.
Anyways, so I finish up and they ask me to wait so Dr. Grossman could come by and say hello and take a look at my teeth. 5 minutes later he comes over and I literally open my mouth for less than 3 seconds and he’s like «CAVITY, CAVITY, you have at least 2 cavities. Oh and you need invisalign.» I sat up shocked, considering I have never had a cavity IN MY LIFE and had just been to the dentist the month before with a great check up. So he takes me into his office and gives me his whole rant about my teeth and is trying to sell me on him being my dentist. I don’t know, it just didn’t seem genuine or real to me. It seemed like he was trying to scare me into being his client but it didn’t work.
Also FYI about the teeth whitening — IT HURTS. I ended up having to leave work early that day because my mouth and teeth felt like I had razor blades severing my nerves. It lasted about 24 hours but let me tell you, that 24 hours sucked!

Look at me 90 mins and $ 99 dollars from a Bloomspot offer and I am smiling bigger than I probably have my entire life. Hard to believe as a personal stylist I fell victim to my own insecurities by being told my teeth were not white by a childhood friend. of course it was a boy:)
Those words stuck with me for 45 years. NOT ANY LONGER! I realize that I wasn’t smiling because of that silly statement. Can you imagine?
Thanks Dr. Grossman for your team brightening my teeth and fixing a little chip in the front. I promised before needles and filler’s –buzzwords on aging in Hollywood I decided I would whiten my teeth first. Woohoo! I am so happy my hunch was right sparkletastic on:)
