Mark is an amazing landscaper. He is efficient and his work is 5 stars. I could trust him to do quality work. He was on the job everyday with his crew. He supervised and worked along with them to make sure the job was done right.

We were extremely disappointed in the customer service we received from this company. The guy came out to look at the job, asked us to give him a couple weeks and a month later we hadn’t heard anything. After only getting voicemails for the next week or so, I finally got ahold of the guy. He said that he was in the middle of a big job and was about half-​way finished with our estimate. Since we were eager to get the work done before the end of summer, we decided to give him another week instead of starting the process over. Once again, we were blown off and our calls went straight to voicemail. He didn’t even have the common courtesy to tell us that he couldn’t take on the job. Instead, he just strung us along for two months.
