Genesis Diamonds

My engagement ring, wedding band, and husband’s band all came from Genesis! What I love about this location and Jon in particular is we moved to California and whenever we’re home to visit family we stop in to have my rings cleaned and inspected. They do an awesome job and are courteous. We choose Genesis Diamonds for all of our jewelry needs.

The staff that I’ve encountered most has provided amazing customer service. Nadia is the most caring manager I have ever encountered. She truly cares about her store, reputation and services. Melissa’s commitment to providing an exceptional experience is uncanny. The prices are right on, and their jewelry is beautiful. But more than that, their customer service is the real deal. Highly recommended.

It’s an exciting time in my boyfriend and I’s life because we are shopping for engagement rings! At other jewelry stores (like Shane!) our experience has been very pleasant and has made this time in our lives even more enjoyable. However, I cannot say the same about Genesis Diamonds. When we entered, we felt like we were being herded around by a used car salesman. Right off the bat, they didn’t seem interested in helping us because we weren’t there to buy something right away. I asked if they had a certain wedding band style, and we were simply told «no» and the man wouldn’t even consider trying to find something similar for us to visualize. Halfway in, our salesperson completely abandoned us, and we were left to fend for ourselves. Any questions we had were answered in a facetious round-​about manner that left us still questioning and uncomfortable. I am 26, which means ALL of my friends are getting engaged and married, so at least in my circle of influence, I am encouraging them to go to other stores where they will have a much better experience.

I can’t recommend Melissa enough. This place is everything you have heard as far as quality and price. Non commissioned reps selling high end jewelry.

Great experience. Knowledgeable customer service, never felt pressured. We told the sales associate our budget and she showed us diamonds in that range. We bought an engagement ring and his and hers wedding bands. We shopped around multiple jewelers before purchasing at Genesis. We felt for what we were looking for, we received great service, price and quality for our time and money.

My daughter and I went engagement ring shopping here– we ended up buying elsewhere (Shane)…The sales lady was nice enough but seemed like she was trying to hurry us and told us there is a point that we need to just «trust» her that we would not like the rings in the other display cases. So, we tried to get a price on the ring that was the favorite (after looking in only half the cases) and that reeked like a used car sales lot… there were alot of variables and nothing definite until we were ready to buy, then she would talk to the manager to get his best price. Felt pretty sketchy. How do they think a budget conscious girl can tell her sweetie what ring is the one she wants if she can’t get a reasonable accurate idea of cost?
