The service is adequate, but they don’t honor appointments on Saturday. They provide the basic services of a nail salon.

This is my go-​to place for manis and pedis. The employees are always friendly and professional and they consistently give the best service. I highly recommend Dolce Nails if you are in the south Nashville area!

I have had 6 gel manicures here. Their guarantee is 2weeks. The first and the last did not last more than 3 days. The first time I walked in to get them redone, and was told to come back with an appointment. I did and they lasted 2+ weeks. No charge for the fix. My last appointment was on a Saturday, one nail peeled off the same day, and three others the following Tuesday. I made an appointment for Thursday, and after they re-​did the gels they said they had to charge me $ 25. They did not tell me in advance I had to pay again would not guarantee my gels unless I got acrylics due to the thinness of my nails. They should have told me this last Saturday or before my appointment that day. My nails are very short and I get gels every 4 weeks. Would not recommend! No one has to pray for me– the business did not tell me in advance, on either occasion, they would not honor their guarantee. Good luck future losers!

I would take Cheri D’s review with a grain of salt. My friends and I have been going to Dolce Nails for the last 6 years and have had nothing but good experiences. If any of us had a problem with our nails, the staff at Dolce Nails have always been kind, apologetic and quick to resolve any problem that we might have encountered. I unfortunately had to witness this disrespectful unkind outburst that Ms Cheri imposed on these kind ladies on Thursday. I felt so bad for them. I watched her scream and yell like a lunatic at these ladies who are just trying to do their job. Not to mention Ms Cheri stormed out without paying anyways. I know that the owner of this salon and all these girls at DN have tried to please Ms Cheri but some people just are unhappy no matter what. Keep up the GREAT WORK DOLCE NAILS!

Good pedicure but the lady is NOT friendly at all! I feel like an inconvenience. I’ve been here several times previously to this time and it has been better but with this experience — I will be looking for another Nail Salon.

Honestly so glad I found Dolce. The owner is a very sweet gentle lady who was very welcoming. I came in for a gel mani and my manicurist, Thu, was lovely! She was so friendly and easy to talk to, plus she always gives great suggestions! Best of all, my gels lasted 4 WEEKS!!! I’ve never had them last that long!!! So if you’re looking for an awesome place, check out Dolce and ask for Thu! :)

This place has been my go-​to for the entire 10 years I’ve lived in the Cane Ridge area. While the shop is pleasing to the eye, and the staff pleasant enough, they simple cannot keep up with the growth in the area, especially on the weekends. I showed up at 2:00pm on a Sunday and was told it would be about 20 minutes. The put me in a chair after about 10 minutes but then I just sat and waited for almost an hour. No water to soak in, no offer for a drink and an attitude from the owner when I asked how much longer she thought it might be. Then a rushed pedicure so that they can move along to the next person. Don’t tell someone it’s a 20 minute wait and then get snarky when they ask an hour later if service will be provided. While I feel a sense of loyalty as a long time customer I’m pretty sure I could (and likely will) find a better place to go.

My daughter and I get our nails painted at least once a week. We are in search of the best nail salon in Williamson County. This salon fell flat. They were the most expensive and the most unfriendly. After sitting under the dryer for 15 minutes my nails were still not dry. One slight bump and the polish got damaged. They also left nail polish on my finger. We won’t be back.

Most wonderful place on earth to get a mani/​pedi. Everything is relaxing, they give you wine, the massage chair is great, and the employees do an amazing job. Lynn and Cindy are the best ladies to ask for. I’ve been going here for four years and will continue doing so :)

We had a reservation for 5 of us to have a mani/​pedi, 3 of the girls were done with their pedicure before my water was even turned on. I asked for a regular pedicure, which I thought meant no add ons. Apparently that’s not what it means to them, once they did the extras they brought me a sheet that said the difference between basic and regular. They could have given me the sheet before. That play on words is rude. When my pedicure was finished everyone else was already done with their manicure so I didn’t have time to get my nails done. Not coming back here ever, the owner told me it was my fault.

Very clean and professional! I love the massage chair, I just turned the lower part of the chair off so the chair focused on my upper shoulders. The pedicure was one of the best I’ve received. It’s been 1 week since my gel French manicure and it looks just as fresh as the day I walked out of the salon. I will be returning again!

I am very particular about my nails and Dolce meets my high quality standards. My nails always chip very easily, even with Shellac. Vivian does such a great job shaping and manicuring my nails. She knows I’m concerned about chipping and since I’ve been going to her, my shellac manicures last 2 and a half to 3 weeks. That’s AMAZING considering I wasn’t making it much past 1 and a half weeks before. I’ve tried several places in Brentwood and Franklin and Dolce is by far the best place. Their prices are fair and the salon is always super clean. They even put a plastic liner in their pedicure spas which gives me great comfort around their sanitation practices. I always feel so relaxed when I walk out and my nails look incredible!

I did not have a good experience. First off I would like to say I am 40ish and have had a lot of pedicures. I like them, I wish I could do more. They can be good relax time. I have had maybe 3 or 4 just bad experiences. First, they gave me a chick that clearly did not want to be there. I had taken all the polish off myself this time, and clipped a couple of nails because I like mine fairly short and they grow fast. So she had a blank canvas. She started to clean under my nails and stabbed the crap out of me. I actually said «ouch!» That particular bad thing has never happened to me. The only outright pain in the past has been a cuticle scissor offense. She actually said to me, «You no want clean, I no clean.» What? No I just don’t want to be stabbed! Then before I can really get frustrated about that, my attention is distracted by a crazy massage chair! Something fairly large, and hard as a rock, literally pushes up on my vagina. W T F. Never. I don’t know what the hell that was. I just froze for a minute, then again! Anal/​vaginal attack! Not pleasant at all. I was like how in the hell do you turn this thing off. So I just sat there very much not relaxed, waiting for this to end. She painted my nails, massaged my feet, whatev, all while appearing very unhappy. So that’s my personal eval. I started just looking around. The girl next to me, nice girl, but she talked non stop to the girl doing her nails. The response was clearly apathy from her girl. I would have shut up. There was a guy next to her. The girl doing his looked disgusted and did not try to hide it at all. I will find another place.

O… K how to write a review about a nail place without sounding weird?
They serve alcohol… yes that is a plus for any establishment in my opinion that deals with sharp tools around my FEET! Wifey brought my here as part of my bday and i’m not complaining cause hey… brotha like to be pampered from time to time! :) So i got these eagle claws done on my feet. Now everything was relaxing up until I realized that my wife and daughter got young tender roni’s and i got the female version of the old dude from the movie Karate Kid working on my feet! She was kind of rough but the worst was yet to come as there was a part where they put your foot into a plastic bag filled with HOT WAX!!! I tried to man up as best as possible but gotd%*!@ it was hot!!! I sucked it up and swallowed the wine in attempts to black out under alcohol and my feet melting off but that didn’t work as i asked her to remove them! It was such a relief when she took the bags off and put it in cold water and began massaging them… ahhhhhh now that’s more like it!
Customer service was very good! They checked on me, wife and stepdaughter repeatedly and even engaged in conversation. Ambiance is nice, and they massage chairs were like heaven! Only point i make is to make sure you want the hot foot wax ordeal before you dive in! I must admit that my feets are nice and smoove afterwards. lol yes i said FEETS! :)

Overall, this place is very good. It’s very clean, they are polite, and it’s a nice atmosphere. They give you a drink while you are soaking your feet, which is awesome.
I have had several manicures and pedicures here. The quality of the work is usually very good, but with one person it was horrible. She was almost pretending to do each toe, like I wouldn’t notice. Then she was looking away when she was scrubbing my foot with a pumice and scrubbed too hard so it cut me. Not good.
The workers that I really liked were Lynn and the male manicurist (sorry I didn’t get his name). The eyebrow waxing is very good too. No appointment necessary, but Saturdays can be very busy.

Dolce Nails gives by the far the best french manicure in the Nashville area, and they also give a great pedicure. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. However, you can rarely get in here without an appointment. Since I always decide to get mani/​pedis at the last minute, that doesn’t work out very well for me. But, if you plan ahead and live in the area, definitely try this place. My boyfriend had his first pedicure ever here, and the staff made it very «unawkward» and funny for him. They also have a variety of soft drinks and wine. Prices are standard, and this place is very clean!
