We provide state of the art care for both cosmetic and functional dermatology in a friendly setting. Dr. Richards has a unique ability to understand her patients needs and allay their fears. With over twenty years of experience, she has astute diagnostic abilities and extensive practical wisdom in the art of esthetics.

Cosmetic and General Dermatology with an emphasis on scientifically proven skin products. Cosmetic treatments include fillers, botox and volumizers, to enhance a natural, normal look to any face. Skin care includes a full body exam with dermatoscope mapping of moles and growths.

Business Owner

Dixie Richards, M.D. matriculated from the The University of Nebraska Medical School. She completed her internship in medicine at Beaumont Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Richards was a resident in dermatology at UCLA, The Geffen School of Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and has been since 1988. She is a member of the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery, the Women’s Dermatology Association, the Los Angeles Metro Dermatology Association, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.

She is married to Steven Dresner, M.D., an Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon and is the mother of three children. Dr. Richards has practiced in West Los Angeles since 1988. She specializes in cosmetic dermatology, with extensive experience with Botox, numerous cosmetic fillers and leg vein therapies.
