The building is great and its just a hop, skip and a jump away from restaurants and coffee but beware the management. They are difficult to get in touch with and not the easiest people to deal with. This being said, my girlfriend and I were very comfortable in the apartment we rented. It was our home and I’d say its worth a look but be cautious in your dealings with admin.

I moved into the District when they first opened, May 2014. Like most new developments there were a couple bumps in the road. They have been working out any issues along the way. I love my apartment. The floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances are great. Another great perk of living someplace new, is the energy efficiency. My electric bill is the lowest it has been in years! The District also has a beautiful pool and lounge area. It is definitely comparable to resort living. Last but not least… the staff. They have been pleasant to work with since day 1. Always asking if there is anything that needs to be improved or even how my day was. When I request maintenance it is completed in a timely manner. If you are looking for a new place to live, I would highly recommend stopping by The District at Seven Springs.

It’s a nice apartment complex literally within 100 – 150 yards of a few nice restaurants, a Firehouse subs, dry cleaners, nail place, hair place, coffee house, and etc. You access your apartment through secure interior hallways which I think is the only complex like this in Brentwood which is pretty cool. 80 percent of the tenants seem to be young professionals. A few of them like to park their luxury cars in two spots like jerks, but that’s probably the only negative about the place.

Quite possibly the worst apartment complex I have lived in.
