The intake gal at Bookbusters, Laura is great, unfortunately the accountant Darci is the Dr. Jekel to the Mr. Hyde. Apologies if I have that backwards. Anyone that has a modicum of accounting experience shouldn’t use them. USE ONLY IF YOU HAVE NO CLUE. In other words, if you want to drop off a box of receipts and be handled by a dominatrix, go for it. Darci is full of herself which is probably due to clients who desperately need her advice and don’t know better. In that situation, you are probably better off, but this is not the place you want to go to for support for a well run business with additional support needs. Darci was confrontational and made business decisions not approved in advance based on multiple emails not phone calls with disjointed threads. The few calls that were had were strewn with interruptions because she can’t listen to clients and wants to talk over them, Guess it’s her ego dealing with clients who don’t have previous accounting experience. Referrals are the best form of new business. You lost our referrals.

Darci, the owner, is professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable in her business and she is also a Quickbooks ProAdvisor. The fees are very reasonable for all bookkeeping, training and/​or payroll and the work they do is exceptional. Highly recommend them!
