Established in 2003.
Started in 2003 as Bolen Asset Management located on Main Street in Franklin, TN. It has grown to become Bolen | Dodson & Associates now headquarted in Brentwood, TN.

Business Owner
Robert V. Bolen, CFA, CFP® is Founder and President of Bolen | Dodson & Associates. He has over 22 years of experience as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and certified financial planner. He was a securities analyst for 14 years; 11 years with Nashville based J. C. Bradford & Co. After their acquisition in 2000, he joined a software start-up as CFO. However, his desire to help others have a better quality of life called him back to financial services. Bob had a vision for a new type of financial advisor, a holistic approach. He started his quest by going thru the training program with Merrill Lynch spending 18-months as a financial advisor. Bob then earned his CFP in 2002. Bob started his firm Bolen Asset Management in 2003. It has grown to become Bolen | Dodson & Associates.
