Bizzy Bee’s Housecleaning performed a deep clean for me before the holidays and did a fantastic job, From top to bottom and everything in between… cleaning and detailing EVERYTHING! They did an amazing job and all my company that came over commented on how nice the house looked. Michelle is very professional and precise, I LOVED that she followed up after the cleaning to make sure everything was to my liking.

I own a high end 5 bedroom 3900 sq ft vacation rental that Michele and her employees service. We have been using Bizzy Beez for over two years. I was referred this company through my contractor.
Michele is an amazing person and after 2 years, someone I am proud to call a friend. Her company does quality work at a competitive price. I have used two other companies and have been very disappointed in their work.
My rental business turnover is so high I need to have 2 cleaning companies available. I used my backup company last week to make sure they could handle the job if needed. I showed up to dirty dishes, poorly cleaned floors, and missing sheets. Tried to get the other company to rectify things but they were unhelpful. Called Michele, she personally showed up within an hour and helped me get things straightened out. That’s quality service.
I live out of the area. Michele and her crew have made my life easier by providing exceptional service as well as the «extras» that a high end rental requires. Her husband has even made trips to the property to handle problems like gas and power outages and a furnace malfunction.
I read an older review on Unilocal that insinuated Michele was using friends to write positive reviews. Yep, proud to be a friend. It’s a unique company that offers great service AND friendship.

These folks are GREAT! I was looking for somebody to help out with cleaning, and Bizzy Bee’z did an exceptional job!
The entire experience, from meeting Michele for the estimate, through the end of the 1^st cleaning was unparalleled!
The women showed up on time and did a very thorough cleaning! I LOOKED for anything that was amiss or anything that wasn’t done to my satisfaction (per Michele’s request) and found absolutely nothing to complain about. The house was clean with absolutely no issues.
I believed that Michele’s estimate was fair and would not hesitate recommending Bizzy Bee’z Housecleaning to others! Thank you, Michele!

I feel bad for taking so long to put up a review as Michelle and her girls have done such a great job on our house all year. I believe it was January or February when Michelle came and did a walk through. My wife who is a bit more frugal than I am was questioning me if we really needed cleaning every 4 weeks and how good would they really get it. Now she asks me ‘are they coming this week or next week’.
I live in Shadow Lakes and we have 2700 sq. ft. one-​story with hardwood floors, high ceilings and ledges, and many large carpets, appliances, etc. They always give a deep cleaning including going into guts of stove, corners, etc. I’m not sure about the negative reviews below regarding contact and lack of cleanliness after the fact. My wife who is a stickler for cleanliness is always impressed and Michelle communicates with me quickly whenever i have a question or want to quickly schedule an additional cleaning when we have guests visiting. We love the service, feel her and team go above and beyond (it sounds corny, but the girls make roses out of ends of toilet paper rolls which is a nice extra touch) and will be using them as long as they are around. Book them with confidence and I think some people are negative (and leave negative reviews) b/​c they expect back massages, champagne and valet service just b/​c they pay for a cleaning service.

Not sure why the «best of» award… My realtor used this service to clean the new home I purchased. The home was vacant for over a year so there was a lot of dust etc… I specifically said all of the surfaces were dirty and that was the focus. That was really all there was to clean! No furniture, no dirty bath or kitchen. Just a once over to wipe off the layer of crud from the house sitting. THREE ladies for, what I believe was 2 – 3 hours. The hardwood floors were so gross that my feet turned black when we walked on the floor. There were cobwebs everywhere… the windowsills were filthy, etc etc. I wasn’t sure they cleaned at all.
I was in a pinch and giving them the benefit of the doubt I turned around and used them to clean the house I had just sold prior to the new owners moving in… I was still moving stuff out and the ladies were sitting in the other room laughing and chatting, then they said they couldn’t clean the fridge because my stuff was in there and they had to go, as I was emptying it for them. When the owner asked me to pay her I sent the payment via Paypal as soon as she hung up the phone (that was weeks ago). Now I just got an email saying I owe her $ 140 for the cleaning? seriously?
One of my friends owns a cleaning business and she would be disgusted with the work they did. No comparison. The only reason I didn’t use her service is because she is in Livermore.
This is only the 2^nd time I have even written a bad review. I honestly have to be pretty unhappy to even bother typing this. Just sayin

Michelle does twist the truths. It’s a great service if you want to clean after them. For example, they wipe down my leather couches but never EVER cleaned between the cushions!?! They miss little things every time. Michelle says she talks to her girls or will come check their work but never came after a service. I don’t think it’s hard d to do what you said you wanted done. Bring the list of things to do for each client and it might work out a little better. The team missed at least 4 – 7 things each visit. Would not recommend them.

My first experience was amazing but my second experience with Bizzy Bee’z Housecleaning was not so great. Although, it took a few calls from Michelle to book my next appointment. The house was not as clean the 2^nd time. I could have done it better myself. The first cleaning was for 3 hours and it was with two ladies and the 2^nd cleaning we FEEL was less than 2 hours and it was with 3 ladies. I could go on and on. The cleaning was not like how I expected it. You would think would 3 ladies that the house, floors and bathrooms would be SPOTLESS. But no! Horrible service. I had to call Michelle and let her know of her crew. I paid for that service and I ended up having to cleaning that same day due to us having a BIG party the following day. I say stay away from this business. When I first started the service I thought we found someone who cared for what their staff does. But it seems that she just makes excuses instead of fixing the issues.
I don’t like writing bad review, but this is my only way to let people know of my horrible experience

I have a surveillance camera overlooking my door and can prove that I never slammed the door in anyone’s face. Wow, either you or your employee are lying. This is exactly what you do Michelle, exaggerate and spin the truth. The fact is my husband has complained to me about your company during the entire time your girls cleaned our house which was only once a month. I was just too busy to find someone else. My Bad! My husband would come home from work and tell me what are these girls doing and point out our portraits and pictures crooked on the wall among other issues. Our picture fell because your girls moved it on the wall when cleaning and it wasn’t stable any longer so it fell, but it doesn’t surprise me you would try to say otherwise. This way you do not have to be accountable. My husband said why would you pay for something you didn’t do that really makes sense. By the way, the picture is a Van Gough reprint and the frame is not a typical frame according to Michael’s that is why it had to be special ordered. Wow, it amazes me when someone exxaggerates a text. It is in writing Michelle… it can be proven. I still have the text that I sent you… It says I was unhappy that your girls broke off a piece of wood under my counters where they were banging their mops and marked our new baseboards. In the past, you said they were suppose to clean our ceramic floors by hand. When I asked you what you were going to do about the damage to our baseboards all you did was complain about the picture and that your girls didn’t do it which was suppose to be resolved. You avoided my current concern and became argumentative. When I said, I didn’t want to argue with you Michelle… then you accused me of arguing with you. This is Insanity! You mentioned to me that your girls ALWAYS inform you if they do something wrong and I pointed out that they didn’t mention anything to me or you before they left. In addition, I wanted to know where they broke off the wood, but I never received an answer from you. By the way the wood came off right where they were banging and I will ask our handyman how much it will cost to fix. Yes Michelle, I hung up on you because I was tired of listening to you yell, talk over me, and accuse me of lying about my own picture. No one was irate, lol. You have been informed over and over of our complaints Michelle and our check has been cashed. You were also nice until you had to reimburse us. We had our own business before and I know how important it is to have good customer service. I have used a few housecleaning services before using Bizzy Bee Housekeeping and I have Never had these problems and such poor customer service from the owner. This is completely Unprofessional. What matters in business Michelle is how you deal with customer complaints, and you still haven’t addressed my concern. Instead, your trying to cover up the FACT that your girls were negligent.

My wife and I have been using Bizzy Bees house cleaning for about 2 years and we love this local family owed business! Michelle always accommodates our schedule changes as we are a busy family. The girls do a beautiful job and the house is always sparkling clean and smells great when they leave. They do several houses in our court and we would recommend them highly.

I was referred to Bizzy Bee Housecleaning by a friend. I called Michele and she responded right away. She came to my house in the evening to do the walk-​thru, making it really convenient for me. She said she would prepare an estimate and email to me in a couple days, which she did. The price was fair and we worked out a good day to start service. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the job Michele’s staff did on my home– it was fabulous! They really do a thorough job and they don’t cut corners. I really look forward to and appreciate my service. The staff is friendly and efficient. I am a very satisfied customer.

Hired Bizzy Beez at the end of June right before I had my 4^th baby. They do a fabulous and thorough job. You can request green cleaning products (which they use at my home) and if you leave out clean sheets they’ll put the fresh linens in your bed as well as empty all waste baskets. It’s been amazing not having to worry about deep cleaning my house as we adjust to having 4 boys.

Bizzy Bee’z has cleaned our vacation rental for over a year. They are reliable, prompt, and excellent at what they do. Michele is wonderful to deal with. Highly recommended.

I have been using Bizzy Beez Housecleaning for 2 years and have never been disappointed! Michele is very personable and responsive to my needs. She always makes sure she has the best people working for her and it shows in their work. I love the feeling of walking in the door after my house has been cleaned by Bizzy Beez. From the fresh scent, to the clean countertops and floors and sparkling mirrors. I appreciate that the baseboards, banisters and shutters are clean. Bizzy Beez goal is to pay attention to detail and make busy moms and families feel pampered as they walk through their door. My first and second experience with Buzy Bee was great. Although, it took few calls from Michelle to book my next months appointment. After the third cleaning she changed her crew. The house was not as clean. I could have done it better myself. They did dusting instead of wiping the tables. I could go on. The cleaning was not like how I expected it. The following month, I even tried to help out a bit and cleaned up a bit so the ladies can concentrate more on wiping the furnitures. You would think they did. But no! Horrible service. They did not wipe the furniture again. And during my walk thru the very first time, I was told it would be wiped. The next month she scheduled and they came to clean again and it was bad. I have to call Michelle and let her know of her crew. I paid for that service and I ended up cleaning the next day. She promised that she will book the next appointment and walk thru with her staff and I can let her know of my expectation. She never called to schedule my next cleaning. I say stay away from this business. They frequently change staff. They changed staff three times since Nov 2013, When I first started the service.
I don’t like writing bad review, but this is my only way to let people know of my horrible experience.

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with Michele of Bizzy Bee.
She showed up with her children to do a walk through and give us a quote. We were in agreement with the price given and made arrangements for Michele’s cleaning team to start in a weeks time. We even received a follow up email the next day.
However our response to her email was never acknowledged. We had just been asking for the start time. We tried emailing and phone calling again with no response from Michele. On the 8^th, the supposed start day for the Bizzy Bee clean team, they were a no show.
Michele didn’t display even the slightest bit of courtesy. How long would it have taken to just send us an email?
We found Michele incredibly unprofessional. Makes us wonder if all the 5 star reviews previously given for Bizzy Bee were perhaps written up by friends of Micheles. Those reviews are very misleading.

I was desperate! I’m not going to lie. My house was DIRTY. I called the day before and Michelle was able to squeeze in two hours for me. The 3 ladies that came were very professional and worked fast! I cannot believe how much they got cleaned in 2 hours time.
Well worth it! I am so happy right now, Bizzy Bee’s Housecleaning just made my life a lot less stressful. Thank you!

My house was in dire need of a major spring cleaning! It was just too overwhelming for me to do it myself, so I called for help. Michele was a lifesaver! Her crew arrived right on time and cleaned everything! They cleaned the dirty jobs like tops of kitchen cabinets, baseboards, window tracks and blinds. My house never sparkled! I moved into a rental home and it was dirty to say the least. I knew when I hired Michelle and her team, that they were in for some serious work. Michelle was not worried to say the least. They tackled the job with a plan in place, professionalism and made sure to utilize the best cleaning supplies for each surface as required.
Bizzy Bee’z spent about four hours cleaning every inch of the home. When they were finished it didn’t smell like the same house let alone feel like it.
I am a very busy professional and never thought I would consider using a housecleaning service. I was so impressed that I have made the decision to hire Bizzy Bee’z on a monthly basis. Why spend one of my day’s off doing something that Michelle and her team are clearly the experts at!
As a business owner, I understand customer service and the importance in plays. My first call to Michelle was very late on a Friday evening. She received my message and without any regard for the hour or the fact it was Friday night, she returned my call. I had called a number of other companies and didn’t receive a call at all from most. Michelle was able to have a crew over the next Tuesday. She understood my need and urgency. Without hesitation she made it happen!
If you want your home CLEAN, then you want Bizzy Bee’z. If you want your home less than clean, well hire someone else!
