Sandwiches are so huge and good. The nachos are off the hook. Get them with chicken you won’t be sorry. Order ahead trust me. They get busy.

Been coming here lately for their Turkey/Cheese on sliced Cheesy Garlic SD. The staff is friendly, and the bread is YUMMY, when it’s fresh. They pile on the Turkey!

Food is boooombbb. lol, huge sandwiches and potatoe salad is pretty good, a tiny bit on the priceier side but food is great. And beer is always a plus! Ate here twice and had a good experience both times.

I had the Surfing Cow sando. I was apprehensive about cream cheese on a sando but wow was it good and a lot of sando and I got the small one/regular. There are a lot of sandos that i am interested in trying Can’t wait to explore more menu items, the sandos are a bit pricey but worth it.

This place is overrated. I ordered cheesesteak on Dutch crunch and i only ate it because i spent the money on it. Steak is more like roast beef not fried up like a cheese steak is suppose to be. Bread was cold and not crunchy at all. And they added gobs of cream cheese which was disgusting. Not coming here again, yuck!

Ive been eating Beach Hut Deli since early in the 2000’s if not earlier when they were established in Sacramento, Ca. My brother in law or sister would always bring a sandwich back home. Back then all I could remember was that glob of cream cheese in the sandwich, damn was that good! Being on this side of the Bay Area, I couldnt wait to go the Beach Hut Deli in Brentwood. There were other times I would drive all the way out Davis just to fill the craving. Overall I love the sandwiches and how much they put in it. I actually get a descent amount of meat and its not just all shredded lettuce. The staff here is quite friendly and I have never had a problem. Only real downside, for me, is the pricing. But hey if I want something then price shouldnt matter. Overall I make this one of my go to sandwich spots when Im craving one and thats hardly ever, but when I do this is where I go.

Nice way to start off the week with a sandwich, chips and a couple of beers ! Friendly staff, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Had a large pastrami on Dutch crutch bread. Delicious but hoped for more meat this the 4 stars. Sandwich was on point tho !! Happy hour til 7 so u can watch the games with tv’s in view of your sitting area. Change of pace from the regular sandwich spots

A shadow of its former self. So little meat in the sandwiches these days you can barely taste it. And for $ 17 a sandwich, you expect to see that thing overflowing! Pretty sure prices have gone up since i fell in love with this place and to see that coupled with such skimpy meat portions is absolutely heartbreaking. Half my sandwich tasted like bread with bbq sauce. I even doubled my cream cheese and still didn’t feel like it had what it used to on it. Sandwich builders couldn’t even get my order right the first time. See the picture i posted. Disgraceful. Must be under new ownership with a financial focus over quality. I’m so disappointed! I will miss this place :(

Decided to try this place and order wanted to take to work for that day. I was waiting in line for about 15 minutes when it was finally my turn, the person walked away and did not take my order. I waited about another two minutes then she finally came to take my order. Having been my first time to this«establishment», I was already unimpressed. Upon taking my order I asked how long the wait would be, to which she replied about 15 minutes. Another girl working looked over at me and rolled her eyes and said under her breath probably about 20 – 25 minutes. Knowing that I had to get to work early and I had already waited 20 minutes in line(though there was only one person ahead of me) I said quickly no thank you I’ve got to work. The girl didn’t even apologize for my wait or that she took so long and just said OK bye. Obviously this is not a review on the food as I did not get the chance to try it but purely on their terrible customer service.

Crap service. Went to place a phone order and was put on hold. 5 min later I hear the line pick up and immediately get hung up on. I call back and tell them how I was on hold and then the line disconnects, their response is, «yeah sorry but we are really busy.» As I start to place my order I am told there is a 35 min wait. No thx, I’ll go to Mr. Pickles instead. Hire some more staff, no wonder this place has long wait times, can’t even take in phone orders to prevent a line…

Beach hut showed me major love today!!! I’ve been wanting to try this spot for awhile and finally tried it! I ordered a surfing bird and I swear it was enough for 4 sandwiches! Staff was super sweet and atmosphere awesome! They have killer micro brews and a happy hour! Check them out on your lunch break or bring the family for a healthy fun dinner!

I ordered the haole cheese steak. The cheese was not melted and my sandwich was not hot maybe because it was sitting on the counter while they called out someone else’s name. It’s kind of expensive. I spent $ 20 for one small sandwich and one really small(dudette) sandwich and two sodas. However, the sandwiches were really tasty.

Great food. God the turkey and cheese on the garlic bread. Amazing! Fast service too. The place was crowded but they did a great job getting everyone’s order out in a timely manner. Will definitely come back again while working in the area.

Delicious! The surfing pig was my favorite so far. A bit pricey, but totally worth it. The staff was very friendly and I really liked the upgrades from my last visit. They have TVs and a really welcoming atmosphere.

The place is overrated to me… Overrated and overpriced! I got a large order of Marleys nachos and my boyfriend got the pulled pork sandwich. I was expecting a «wow factor» but ummm… Nope. Nada. Nothing. We are our lunch, and both had the same thought — out experience here didn’t make us want to come back for more. Disapoointing

If you make an actual complaint on Unilocal regarding their dirty employee and mishandling of food(food fights in front of customers and eating right from the food bins as they are making sandwiches), touching their face, touching food, their lingerie hanging out the sides of their clothing, they file a complaint to have your review removed through Unilocal. That’s fine. But fact is… The Contra Costa County Health Department took it a bit more seriously and paid them a visit.

Daphne and I were out of town and in the Brentwood area to visit a friend. We always like to try and find something different to eat from what we have in our town. This place did not disappoint! Great service from the girls behind the counter. The island-like atmosphere provided a different feel from the normal casual restaurants. The food was excellent, filled with flavor and large portions. One should not walk away from this place hungry.

First and foremost, these are Ah-huge sandwiches. If your looking for a cool buzz, they serve up pints & hefty litres for the ultra thirsty. With 6 taps & a row of domestics, you are sure to find one you love. I dig the tiki theme mon. There’s usually reggae playing in the background that mellows me right out. There are tons of menu options. Sometimes it’s tough to make up your mind, dude. They use nothing but the freshest of ingredients. The bread is delicious, nothing store bought here, just freshly baked and full of love.
