WORST PLACE EVER! Staff is rude and doesn’t care to be friendly. Only one person making subs for 7 people, you wait forever just to have your order taken. Bread is old and stale. Found a black long hair in my food! Will never eat at a Subway in Brenham!!!

Houston, TX
I live in Houston and work in Brenham, an hour’s drive from home. This Subway is located close to my work, so I frequent it. Even when there isn’t a long line, you have to wait for the staff to make sandwich after sandwich for people who called in an order. It’s ridiculous. The bread is never soft — I just don’t get how it could be so different from the Subway’s in Houston. Maybe they are so busy they have to make it days ahead of time? It always crumbles and tastes stale. The staff are always very friendly, though. Props to them, but the food isn’t up to par and the wait is nerve-​wracking.
