Delicious coffee and food! I tried the spinach sublime wrap but I it it on an everything bagel instead. It was soooo good! The store is cute and I like that there is enough space to hang out with a friend or to do work on a laptop. Annnnnnnd free wifi.

i’m intrigued by the reviews for this place, because my experience was pretty normal for a coffee shop. boyfriend and i were on our way to bainbridge island from tacoma, so we decided to caffeinate before we made our way up the peninsula by stopping by here. i got a mocha, and boyfriend got a caramel macchiato. my mocha was more chocolate than coffee, but that’s what i wanted that morning. boyfriend didn’t like his caramel macchiato too much, since it was really, really sweet, but both drinks were made in a timely manner and we were happy with our decisions. things of note: — they serve food, like sandwiches and bagels and such — they have LOTS of different syrups for your coffee. literally dozens; maybe even hundreds — like most of the places in washington, they have a drive-through window — wifi is offered in the shop, with lots of space for seating with your laptop/work — they have some interesting stuff for sale, like hemp scarves and whatnot

The atmosphere was nice, the prices were decent and the servers were friendly, however, I was mostly disappointed with my service. I ordered a caramel macchiato and breakfast burrito. The drink came out in about 5 minutes but the burrito took over half an hour with no one else waiting on service. Pretty sure they could have gotten it out quicker as the server was chatting with her friend at the counter during my half hour wait time. When I went up to pay, I had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up to the register and then an additional 5+ minutes for them to count money in a til, which they didn’t start until after I was ready to pay. Friendly enough people, just a few things they need to learn about customers being priority. Also, the breakfast burrito was average and caramel macchiato was well below average.

Been a regular for a few years now. Lately the drinks are not made correctly and they are out of supplies. Will continue to try them out to see if they can get some consistency but am getting discouraged with my morning cup of coffee being wrong more often than not.

I’ve only been here once, and I took a couple bagels home for my husband and I, but oh my goodness! It was so delicious :) i ordered the wake and baker bagel and it has cream cheese, potatoes, ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, an egg, and jalapeños. The perfect combination I’ll definitely be back to try more menu items and drinks

This is a great find! As a spoiled Seattlite, I didn’t expect to find such a cool place on this side. Simply Sublime is just what a coffee shop ought to be. It’s eclectic with cool art, hula hoops, hemp clothing, and drums for sale. They have a big menu full of tasty breakfast and sandwich items. Oh, I should mention their coffee is good too.

This coffee shop is the perfect place to sit and relax for an afternoon. Good coffee! Great food with gluten free options for sandwiches and local art for sale on the walls. The staff is friendly and upbeat. The food takes a while, but it is always worth the wait.

They didn’t wear gloves, and the girls here can’t step away from their phones in the MIDDLE of making food! EW!!. Lay the bread down. Send a text message. Set the meat, stare at it, send a text message. Completely oblivious. Now I can presume why past orders were so slow. NOTHANKS.

I’m getting used to being disappointed by the fare offered in Bremerton but today’s experience was anything but sublime. My americano was watery and blech. My toast was burnt to inedible, crusty, blackened, charcoal. It was french toast(!) and I only ordered it because the pastries were so not fresh baked that they were sealed in mass-produced cafeteria style plastic. To top it all off the music was atrocious new country. In a hippie café I expect the food to be home-cooked, fresh baked goodness and the tunes to be rockin’! Where’s the Floyd? The Zombies? I’d even be happy with some Phish or Grateful Dead! I give up, Bremerton. Until this city’s business owners step up their game I’ll be going north to meet my coffee and pastry needs.

Tried this coffee shop for the first time today and I gotta say, I was presently surprised. The coffee was good and the bagel I had was much better then I’ve gotten at some large chain coffee places. The ladies that were working were wonderful, both smiling and helpful. Love the fact that they are open to 9pm as most non-chain coffee places close much earlier. I will definitely be back.

Liked the environment. The prices were average. The service, however, was not up to par. A friend and I ordered a «mexican» mocha and a hot chocolate, They disappeared with my debit card in the back room(assumed the cash register was there also) When they finally returned with our drinks, we had to leave to catch the bus because we waited so long. I had a taste of my hot cocoa and there was only a faint taste of cocoa but the rest seemed more like a steamer or even worse-packaged cocoa. His mocha didn’t have much spice to it at all. The sign looks cool though and the title is catchy but perhaps, it’s just for looks. Update: made the mistake of returning because they were the only place still open. The cup of tea, believe it or not, tasted expired. They tried to drown out the flavor by adding A LOT of honey. Unbelievable.

I’m not a huge coffee drinker and usually get a coconut flavored redbull instead, but my boyfriend got a rasberry almond latte and says it was served piping hot and super delicious. It’s hard to goof up redbull but mine was definitely ultra tasty. The staff was very polite and patient. Great environment as well, very eclectic.

This is my new absolute favorite place for coffee and breakfast! I’ve been here numerous times since I first checked it out a couple weeks ago. My adventure started with the desire to support more local businesses, rather than a larger chain simply because of the convenience. Every single time I step foot in here, I’m greeted by the smiling faces of every person who works here. They have never been less than amazing. The coffee is always perfect. I recently have moved on to trying their breakfast items. Everything on their menu is competitively priced, and probably cheaper than the chain. The portions are normal to small, but that’s definitely not a bad thing. I don’t need to eat a giant sandwich for breakfast. All in all, the prices reflect the size. The employees are great cooks as well! Besides all the food and coffee, they obviously support local artists, as you can peruse the gallery of many works of art to buy. Simply Sublime is the reason you should shop local. They have given it their all and obviously succeeded! I will continue to come here as often as possible!

Pretty delicious. I had the bbq chicken wrap with a side of potato salad and a strawberry italian soda. It was all super delicious! They also heated up a muffin for my daughter and she loved it.

I was in the drive thru waiting for my turn to order when one of the staff came out and took the order from the car behind me. I pulled up to place my order at the window and while the barista took my order and made my coffee the server who took the order from the car behind me made the drinks them. She told the barista the next car was her friends then she went in the back. I’m assuming this is when she made my breakfast sandwich. The barista had me pull forward to wait for my sandwich, after 5 or so minutes the server who helped her friends first brought out my sandwich. The food and coffee is great but the staff puts their friends before customers. Way to make a customer feel like a second class citizen.

Loved this really cute coffee place! I had a black cherry/marshmallow/chocolate drink, and yes, it was amazing! It was really hard to make a decision since all their drinks sounded yummy! The ladies there were really nice, and while they were also managing the drive thru line, I didn’t feel rushed at all. The coffee was made pretty quickly as well.

Sometimes the coffee might be too sweet for my taste but its the one coffee spot I enjoy going to because of the wide range of food choices for a coffee shop and the atmosphere in the shop is very calm and cozy. The only coffee shop I’ve seen that sells tank tops or T-shirts even with children sizes.

The best coffee shop in Bremerton. The people are pleasant. The coffee is decent. They apparently have a comprehensive food menu, but I’ve never really looked at it. It’s one of the few places that I’ve seen that really offer white coffee.(I’m not really a white coffee guy, but my brother is, so there you go.) It’s not Verite, Vivaci, Vashon Island, but it’s decent. They have a bunch of tie-dye accoutrement in the place.

I drove through this seemingly dime a dozen espresso stand months ago and recalled the barista to be cute and spunky. So I decided to park my butt in their café area for a few hours on a morning to myself. Hooray for shallow honesty. I’m so glad that initial shallow-ness brought be back! It’s got to be hard to make a buck and stand out in a market so glutted with this type of service. The way Simply Sublime does it is to unabashedly heap on the hippie, tie-dye, legalize it with your latte love. In their cute little café they sell tons of hand made tie-dyes for the whole family, hemp wallets, hats and necklaces and have petitions for you to sign if you wish as well as a surprisingly extensive café menu and selection of drinks. They make a solid latte, the service is friendly and I must say the smell of fried cheese that permeates the dining room is not unappealing. I think on an afternoon of running around with my hubs and toddler boy a lunch stop here would be quite nice. The dining room looks to be very toddler friendly.

they just opened and already have soy, rice, and hemp milk substitutes available for your coffee!!! yay! And they also do a pretty good job on the actual coffee end of it. mmmm espresso. They offer sandwiches… haven’t had the chance to try yet… but as long as there coffee doesn’t disappoint, i will be back soon to do so. they have a little hippie boutique set up too… tie-died clothes, hemp necklaces, bracelets, and blown glass art upstairs.
