Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. is based out of Florida. Each franchise office is independently owned and operated.

Tammy Heauser, owner, had a career with Boeing as a General Supervisor.

Ray Heauser, owner, had a career with Boeing. He was a supervisor of 14 supervisors and over 400 employees.

They began a second career of buying and remodeling homes.

John Elliott had a career in the Army and his second career was in the construction field. He helped to establish another Paul Davis Restoration office as an Estimator/​Project Manager.
