After calling around to find taxi service in Poulsbo we called this place on a recommendation from another taxi company in Silverdale who said that On Your Way could help us out. So on Saturday morning at around 10 a.m. we called On Your Way to schedule a taxi ride for later that day. We scheduled a 4:15 p.m. pickup in Poulsbo to take us to a wedding location (also in Poulsbo). We left ourself plenty of time to get to the 5 p.m. wedding on time.
At 4:10 we decided to give them a call and make sure someone was on their way. The response from the guy who answered the phone was «Ohhhh, we totally forgot about you. And we are super busy now so we are not going to be able to come pick you up.» Ummmm, WHAT?!? That is why we called so early to SCHEDULE something so we could make it to the wedding on time. I can’t believe this place stays in business with service like that!
