My wife and I took our car in because the engine light turned on. After a day of not being contacted and calling multiple times to see what is wrong with the car, we went in and they replaced our battery (without our consent) and tried to charge us $ 380 for a battery change. We made them take it back out because we did not agree and because it’s extremely easy to replace a battery. They ended up charging us a $ 140 for them to tell us our battery is bad. They have poor business practices, don’t communicate, and overcharge. Save yourself money, stress, and time, find a different mechanic.

I brought my Honda Odyssey in for service after having it overseas for 6 years. I needed to have them check timing belt condition, Emissions Light, shocks, struts and I needed an alignment. They don’t do alignments, but they said they would take care of it for me anyway. The next day I called back and they said it didn’t need a new timing belt yet, they had cleaned a valve (rather than replace it) to fix the emissions light and they took it up the street to get the alignment done for me. I REALLY appreciated their honesty, integrity, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for me. I highly recommend these guys for your auto repair needs!

As a do-​it-​yourself type of guy, I take pride in not having to take my vehicles anywhere to be serviced/​repaired. The other day I found myself in a situation where I was not able to fix my own vehicle and THANK GOODNESS FOR L&R! These guys are absolutely fantastic and hands-​down as honest as it gets! I had recently replaced my radiator and shortly after replacing it, I developed an oil leak. I knew I had severly cross threaded the fitting into the radiator and I also KNEW that the radiator was going to have to be replaced again because of my mistake.
These guys fixed my threads (which saved me from having to purchase a new radiator) and discovered that the oil cooler lines had actually developed a leak. The price was half of what I was expecting and (without asking) these fine gents took me in the back to show me the leaking line. What a life-​saver!
It truly is a breath of fresh air to know that there are some good, honest people left in this world! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLES ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

This place was truly a life saver. I was home on leave visiting two families on either side of the state (Spokane and Bremerton). While in Bremerton the truck broke down that had been in storage for the past 6 months. In looking for places to take it to try and get it fixed before driving back to Spokane, I came across L&R and boy am I glad I did. They kept it real, told me like it was, and was able to get it done just in time to drive back. Did I mention that the worker that fixed it came in on his day off to fix it. I don’t know if it was because it was the holidays or because I am active duty military. Either way, they were a try blessing and helped me out incredibly! I will definitely come here and have referred people here since then. This is a business that helps customers. They’re not just trying to make a buck. Thank you!

Brad, Tom, and Larry are awesome. Super friendly and the service was top notch. I brought my 2004 Subaru WRX in for 120K service, called the day before, brought it in 8am the morning after and it was done by 3pm the same day. Was also having a problem with my A/​C, it just wouldn’t get cold, they found that an O-​ring on the compressor was cracked they replaced it at no charge. My A/​C is cold again. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Go here.

This is the first shop that I have been to that I did not feel taken. I took my ranger in because of a problem with my 4 wheel drive. I had no idea what the problem was but figured it would be a big bill. My hub was broken a new one would cost me $ 400 plus labor they happened to hav a used one and only charged me $ 40 plus labor. That was two years ago. My father in law has gone there several times and they have treated him fair and with respect. I tell everyone about my good experience with these guys. A+++++.

These guys did a great job. I was faced with a possible $ 3000 bill to fix a broken timing belt with possible engine damage. Every other place I spoke to said that it wasn’t worth fixing by 1998 Honda Accord with 125,000 miles. L&R said no problem and it turned out that the damage was far less than expected. I got away paying ¹⁄₃ of what I expected.
They also found another problem and fixed it before it could cause any damage. Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional and explained all the work to me so that I understood why it was done.
They only MINOR complaint is that after I drove away I noticed a squeak that wasn’t there before. I took the car back and they fixed it in 15 minutes. I will definitely go back for future maintenance.

These guys do a great job. When I bring my car in, they’ll let me know what’s wrong with it, and whether or not it needs to be fixed right then, or can wait without doing damage.
These guys have been around a long time, and have won multiple «Best Of» awards from the Kitsap Sun. The mechanics are ASE certified and AAA Approved. When AAA endorses you, what more can you ask?
