Nick helped me out a ton with my mountain bike! I am so grateful for his knowledge, expertise, and kindness. He saved me a bunch of money by having extensive knowledge and skills with my particular crankset and fixing it up to ride. These guys know their stuff, are willing to help and explain things, and are super kind! Give them a visit with your bike woes or aspirations and let these fellas help you like they helped me. Great shop!

Looking to get into mountain biking and went shopping. The employee there was more interested in how much money I wanted to spend. When he realized I wasn’t buying and just shopping he started bashing the other shops in the area. If you need a key made this is the place to go though

About four months ago I called and asked if they could make me a key for my car’s ski rack and the guy on the phone said he could… he even told me what it would cost me and everything. I left almost immediately and drove from Silverdale to Bremerton spefically to have this done and when I got there the guy was busy unloading a bunch of bikes off a truck. He seemed inconvienced when I walked in the store. I said I had called earlier and wanted a key made and he told me, «Well I am the only one working today, so could you come back Monday?» I told him, «well I was told on the phone that you could do this for me and I drove out here to have it done. I need the key today.» He said he could maybe help me in in a few hours… so of course I left. This was mid afternoon on a Friday during business hours… so if you’re unable to do services that you offer you shouldn’t be open! Thank you for wasting my time.

I like the focus on parts & tools that this shop has(for bikes, that is, I didn’t need any key tomfoolery when I was there). The service was friendly, and at least in my experience, the staff treated women in a respectful and non-condescending manner(the friends I was with were women). I wish I had a parts-heavy shop like this where I live!

Old School. Bikeshop Locksmith in the Up and Coming Shopping District of Charleston area of Bremerton. I came to the store right at 5pm which was there closing time, but I told them I was from out of town and wanted to look around. They appear to have a good range of Transportation Bikes and some BMX bikes in stock and a full range of bicycle accessories. This place kinda of reminds me of A1 Bike and Key in Vancouver which is also a bicycle shop and key-maker in the same location. Did not have any service done so can really recommend them but they look like they been in the biz for a long time.

Wow. Way to go, Kitsap Key and Bike, insulting a customer before even having a chance to buy something: Clerk: Can I help with you something? Me: Oh, I thought I’d stop in and check out the place. I have a flat tire … Clerk: So you want me to do the hard part? Me: Excuse me? Clerk: The hard part — fix it. Me(giving him one long stare and saying slowly): Uh, no, I can fix it myself which I will do this afternoon. I just wanted to check out your selection and come back later to pick up spare tire. (Which I WON’T do and instead will head north to SILVERDALECYCLERY where they don’t treat women as mechanical imbeciles).

attentive, helpful and quick… they’re pretty alright guys. the older guy(owner?) that works here seems a bit over serious, but every time i’ve ever came here they’ve gotten the job done. the younger guy is a bit more sociable and will chit chat and joke around… more the friendly type. about 2 times a year(at least) i will lose my keys… and i mean REALLY lose them… nowhere to be found(probably have slipped into an alternate dimension). so, i walk on down to kitsap key and bicycle and it takes them less them 5 minutes and only a couple dollars per key. i should probably just get a bunch made like holly golightly did in «breakfast at tiffany’s”(note to self do this). while i wait i browse the bike tools and accessories and the«random crap» sale bin(found a bike light-minus the mount-for mere pocket change)…sometimes you find that treasure you’ve been illegally riding without. As far as getting your bike fixed/tuned up… they can usually get it done within a couple days even if it’s during the busy season. their prices are very reasonable for parts and labor… they always have done a super good job on my lovely cycle(i call him phillipe’).
