History

Established in 2006.

Isella Salon Spa started in the Fall of 2006, and has quickly become one of Kitsap County’s premier spas.

Located in the heart of Downtown Bremerton, Isella Salon Spa spans at over 3000 square feet on two levels in the historic Soriano Professional Building, built in 1912.

The Spa began offering AVEDA products and services in the fall of 2008, and is the place Central Kitsap residents can find AVEDA Skin and Hair products.

Isella Salon Spa is one of the only places in Western Washington offering real-​time online booking via its website.

From walking in to leaving the experience was great. I was able to get an appointment the same day which was pretty awesome. The receptionist was really friendly and hooked me up with Jess and Emily. I have had many massages in the past by other places and this one was the most relaxing massage i have had. I fell asleep within the first 15 minutes and only woke up to turn around and fall back asleep. My whole body was stressed and Jess managed to take my kinks out with no pain or elbows to the back. After my massage i saw Emily, and she was great too. The work she did on my face was noticeable the moment i walked out. I even bought the creams she recommended for my face and they are really working. Already have my next appointment booked with these girls for next month.

Emily and Anna are great and whole place is wonderful. I just moved three days ago from Los Angeles Ca, and I really needed to decompress, so I looked at reviews and saw that Isella had good reviews and I would try then out.
First off, I booked it by calling and they we’re so nice and easy to make my appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted so kindly. I had the Bliss package which was so amazing. The ambience was perfect, noise level was perfect, except for the festival happening outside, but that wasn’t there fault and they kept apologizing for that, but you can’t control outside elements. My facial was done by Emily. My skin had been so dry and she cleaned and made it soft again. She was gently, kind and walked me through what she was doing. My massage was done by Anna who had the best ever pressure point. She asked me what’s been bothering me and I told her my sciatica was flaring up. She worked that out enough that the pain is down to a 2, she also gave me advice on how to work that out.
My overall experience here was fantastic and I will definitely will be coming back again.

Super friendly staff and was offered hot tea when I came in. Love the decorations and atmosphere. Came in for a Brazilian and eyebrow and the lady that did it was amazing talked to me the whole time and the waxing room was very clean and relaxing. I wish they had a membership plan for waxes since I go there at least once a month for services. It gets expensive!

I ALWAYS have an excellent experience here, whether for massage (the hot stone is especially amazing), haircut, or wax (least painful place I’ve been to!).
The staff are friendly and professional. The environment is clean, relaxing, and just overall very pleasant.
I also love the yummy tea and fruit-​infused water they always offer you.

This place is great! I was pleasantly greeted by the familiar aroma of an Aveda salon. Christy perfectly waxed my brows and even with my very delicate skin there was very little redness and no lifting. My brows are shapley without being thin, even, and beautiful. I will definitely return for my salon needs.

What a wonderful little retreat. I used my spa finder cards & treated myself to the ‘bliss package’. A lovely foot soak, facial and a massage. Wonderful experience from scheduling my appt. over the phone, being greeted upon arriving and immersing myself into relaxation heaven.

After going for nearly a year & enjoying every single experience, I decided to try a place closer to my home in port orchard. Let me just say, I nearly called isella salon to apologize for going elsewhere & to tell them I would never do that again! lol. I went in today & knew I probably wouldn’t be able to get squeezed in because of their busy schedule but I explained to them how busy my work schedule is & how it was my only day off. Knowing this I was willing to schedule another day but luckily they fit me in. I met Chrissa for the first time. We shared many stories as she worked. She is so friendly & so professional. Being that I am pregnant I was frightened to see how bad the Brazilian would hurt but I felt less pain then before I was pregnant! I also got a full face wax which I absolutely am happy with. I’m loving the new location & I always appreciate the cleanliness! This will always be my «go to»! I hope this helps!

Apparently the «Walk-​ins are welcome» sign was a lie. I was told I couldn’t get my eyebrows waxed (even though it takes 5 – 10 mins tops) and I needed to make an appointment. Take down that sign, if walk-​ins aren’t actually welcomed!!!

After reading so many good reviews on here I decided this was the place I needed to go to for my waxing needs. My eyebrows had no shape to them so I needed someone who knew what they were doing to help me out.
I was able to book online and get an appointment for the next morning. Sarah was very nice and helpful. She understood my needs and did an excellent job! She advised me to keep growing my brows out and come back to get them shaped some more. She also gave me some tips on my skin and told me what kind of facials/​peels I needed for my skin type. Score!
Price was excellent for a spa/​salon. $ 15 for eyes, $ 10 for lip. I will definitely be going back!

I recently moved to Bremerton from Seattle and was needing to continue with my regular brazilians. So needless to say I’m very glad I found Christina @ Isella Salon! She not only was very personable and professional, yet her technique was incredibly gentle on my sensitive skin. She made me feel very comfortable and before I even realized it, she was completely done!

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet. I have been coming to Isella for the last year and a half that I’ve been stationed here with my husband (Navy). I still go to Isella even though I’ve moved from Bremerton to Silverdale. That’s how great this place is.
I come here mostly for facials and waxes. Every appointment is special and I am treated as such. Lately, I have been seeing Sarah and I’ve grown to love her! She has this special touch, and she’s very knowledgeable in the art of skincare. That’s probably why she’s currently my fave esthetician. Overall though, every esthetician I’ve seen here, including the owner (Christina I believe?) is very attentive and truly make it their goal to have you leave rested and satisfied.
Next, I plan on trying out their massages. I’ve heard they are very good and I cannot wait to give birth so I can try them!
TIP: Look out for Military Wednesdays, where all Active Duty Military and their dependents get 10% off. Score!

I have only been to this salon for Brazilian waxes, so I am not a great judge of the place as a whole, but I have always had a pleasant experience. Waxes are not generally comfortable, but they do a great job. The two different ladies I’ve had always chat and distract me, and use a technique that is probably as painless as it gets. The price is also very affordable! They make an awkward and painful thing bearable.

Since I have moved here I have been searching for a great wax. I believe, my friends, that I have found it! I had an appointment today with Sarah for a brazilian and also asked if she could squeeze in an eyebrow wax, which she gladly did. Now let me preface this by saying brazilians in general are not pleasant and I am currently pregnant (where everything is more sensitive) but this was by far one of the least painful ones I have ever gotten. Not only that Sarah made sure to be thorough, I am very pleased with everything!
She was super friendly and wasnt awkward about it at all, which can really put a damper on an appointment.
Im not usually one to book appointments in advance but here I had no hesitation, I will most definitely be back!

I stumbled across this place while googling for an affordable facial. It’s a nice place to get away from the busy city and very different. The spa is situated in a small town and you would have to take the ferry from Seattle to get there. It was in the downtown area and the spa was nice and comforting. The staff there were all really nice and the facial was great. I would go back on my next visit to Seattle.
