If I could give no stars I would. They are horrible. The owners wife especially so. They tell you they will take care of something and then it never happens. I was told by Joanne that my order was taken care of at least 3 times. Was additionally passed off to two other workers who also said my order would be taken care of and not done. It was only when I called everyday and had to be down right rude did I get my pictures. Order was wrong. Asked for a refund for the part that was wrong was assured check was in the mail but again had to badger them for my money. Never once did it dawn on them to maybe at least try to make it right. Sad that this is the kind of service you get from the owner of the business. Picture quality not great. Would NEVER do business with them again.
Others had the same problems with getting pictures. In fact I know people that are still waiting.
Avoid at all cost!

Our daycare used this company for school pictures this year, and it was a terrible experience. They took forever to get the proofs back to the school, at least six weeks. And when we finally got them, they were laughably bad. A wrinkled dropcloth for the background on a yellow school chair. And while they promised four poses, I got the same picture four time with different coloring. I get better quality photographs from my cell phone camera. I would never use them and I definitely won’t be ordering any prints.

Get your act together

They have photographed my kids the last three years and I couldn’t be more pleased with the pictures and their professionalism.

Bought pictures at the Submarine Ball. They charge you before you see them (RED FLAG). I joked «What if I hate them?» and we all laughed.
They were packing up to leave when I saw the photographs and was sufficiently horrified. They’re not even worth keeping in a drawer to cringe at on occasion, and I will definitely not be sending them to family as I planned. Several other of the attendees said they were very disappointed.
Since I was unable to locate a person, I left them atop their bags. How these people have remained the favored event and high school photogs on the peninsula is far beyond me.
