History

Established in 2011.

Compressions for Life was established on the Kitsap Peninsula in 2011 and has been proudly serving the community ever since inception.

It is the mission of Compressions for Life to promote health, safety and well being in the community. This is accomplished by providing professional CPR and First Aid Training to health care providers and other members of the community so that in the time of need they will be prepared.

Meet the Business Owner

Kevin B.

Business Owner

Kevin Bernt is the lead instructor at our facility and has been teaching various pre-​hospital medical classes for the past 10 years. He is currently employed as a Firefighter/​Paramedic serving your local Kitsap County communities. He also instructs for Kitsap County Emergency Medical Services (KCEMS) as a Senior EMT Instructor.

Mr. Bernt is aligned with Inland Northwest Health Service and all certifications from the institute are monitored by this training center. During his tenure in the Fire Service, education has been a priority and passion for him, he has achieved five degrees; his most recent degree is a Masters of Science in Public and Fire Administration.
