I began attending BCD in either spring of 2012 or 2013, can’t remember. Been a member ever since. I have had gym memberships and tried different diets and fitness approaches, but BCD is always at the core of my fitness routine. I work everything else around it! I have participated in challenges, non-workout events, made so many new friends via class and the online facebook private group. I’ve learned so much and gained confidence being a Boot Camp Diva! As life goes on, through the ups and downs they have been there for me. BCD is a great place for anyone seeking RESULTS, MOTIVATION/COMPANIONSHIP, and a solid group of like-minded women! No matter your age or level of fitness you are welcome. That’s what I love about this place!

As a new resident of the area I was finding that the regular gyms were pretty intimidating and was truly looking for something that would push me harder than I would push myself. So let’s start by saying that I was very nervous that this was going to be like a lot of cross fit gyms where on your first day you basically just feel like you are just getting in the way of all of the professional athletes haha… That couldn’t be further from the truth! The women at Boot Camp Diva are encouraging, helpful, and friendly! The classes are not easy to start with but the instructor makes sure to explain every exercise and tweeks anything you may be doing wrong to get max results. If you are looking for somewhere to push you, praise you, and keep you motivated this is the place! I can’t wait to see the results I will get from here!

Boot Camp Diva has changed my LIFE! Yes, I thought the name was cheesey when I started, but I GOTOVERIT because of the Results! In just over a year I’ve gone from size 12 to size 6 and I’m 42 years old! I don’t even use the scale anymore, who cares(it mentally tweaked me) I used to HATE exercise! But I loved that it was outdoors, not a gym, and is a community of women. At a Gym or a YMCA you don’t have someone right there telling you to «Push Through» and«You Got This!» or checking your form to make sure you don’t get hurt. I also don’t have to THINK — My trainers set up workouts each week to make sure all my major muscle groups get worked, so I don’t have to ! And its WAYMORE affordable than personal training, with unlimited workouts, so I can go as many times as I want! The support I get with texting and our private Facebook forum has helped me through many ups and downs, inspiring me to keep on keeping on! No trainer or Gym or YMCA does that! I also learned amazing healthy ways to transform my eating so now, with Paleo eating and BCD, I’m on a whole new healthy track in life! Can’t remember last time I was sick or sluggish, and every morning, I am eager to wake up and go see my Divas! I will never quit! I’ve gone from hating exercise to studying to be a Certified Personal Trainer myself! Thank you Carmel and all the BCD trainers.

First thing first… The owner has not asked me to write a good review for her business! I love bootcamp! I started with a trial and STAYED! Not all things are good for all people but I am the kind of person that needs structure and encouragement and that is what bootcamp and the owner was for me. I made some great friends and met some really good people. I am no longer going to bootcamp because I have have since moved to CA but the owner is still super supportive of me and all that I do. Without being paid she still looks in on me and provides encouragement. If I ever move back to Bremerton I will go back to bootcamp!

I have been a part of Boot Camp Divas for 3 weeks now and its resulted in some amazing changes I can see and more importantly FEEL! While any diet/exercise régime has its ups and downs, the difference with BCD is you always have a support group to celebrate your accomplishments or give you positive vibes when you’re having an off day. Its wayyy cheaper than a one on one personal trainer and the feeling of group camaraderie you get is priceless. P. s. I’m down 7.5 inches and 10.5lbs! Woot woot.

I signed up with BootCampDiva’s 21 day program just a few weeks ago, and I’ve already lost 4 inches, 5 ½ pounds and 4% body fat! Of course, it was pretty tuff the first couple of days because I was so out of shape, but I’m already feeling stronger and I just love that I can already see a difference in muscle tone. The biggest benefit has been that I have lowered my blood sugar by 100 points and as a Diabetic, that’s a BIG deal! Now I don’t have to go on the meds that my doctor prescribed! The nutrition program has been a great guide and I’m excited about my future… I can’t wait to see myself in six months! :)
