Waited 20 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. Bathrooms were TINY, hot, and had only 1 sink. With a baby in tow, it was a nightmare that caused us to stop somewhere else 5 miles down the road to change him. Stay far away.(on a side note, this MCD is over a mile away from the South Breezewood exit in which the sign from the freeway states is close)

Restaurant was almost empty at 6PM the Sunday before thanksgiving. Got quick service, hot fresh food, amazingly deliciously salty fries, and the bathroom was clean. No complaints at all! I give it five stars because I found it to be better than my McDs at home! Rating it against other McDs, its definitely five stars. I could see it being very crowded and service slowing down later in the week as travel picks up, but I would be surprised if every single stop in Breezewood did not suffer a similar slow down with increased traffic.

Service was prompt when I got food. First time I tried their bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel as opposed to biscuit or McGriddle. Biscuits just fall apart quickly and McGriddles(mini-pancakes w/syrup) are too small. The bagel was just on point and I enjoyed that. It’s an interestingly-placed location but other than that, typical McDonalds.

It might be because it is the beginning of the Memorial Day weekend but after 30 minutes of waiting for three orders of Hotcakes, I gave up and left with two hungry children. No excuse for a wait that long.

Even though this particular McDonalds restaurant is adjacent to Route 30 And the Pennsylvania turnpike and it’s entrance, I personally feel that the friendly employees are constantly striving to do the best job possible when it is constantly busy all day. :) is

Very slow service. Girl who took my order made no effort to make sure my order was filled. When I asked someone for my food after 30 minutes, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but this was the worst. 0 stars.

20 people in line and only 1 person taking orders — slowly and incorrectly. If you’re trying to save time on the road, pick a different restaurant. The bathrooms are gross too. Pretty much anywhere in Breezewood is better if you’re just passing through.

Slower than most McD’s I’ve been to. I think it’s cuz they cook to order, so don’t ‘expect«fast food». Your strategy is to come in, order, then go to the bathroom, then find a seat, and then pick up your food… it will be ready then. Works even better if you can work as a team. 1 person in your party stand in line and process all orders while all else break. Wifi here! Found one plug near the bathroom about 10′ from a table, so bring your long cord or an extension. Also when I arrived, the restrooms were clean

My wife and I call this place to slowest McDonald’s of all time. We’ve been stopping here at least a couple times every year for the last six years. Yesterday I counted six people working, zero other customers inside and we still waited ten minutes for a fish sandwich, chicken nuggets and a McDouble. It’s extra funny, because all they had to do to deliver the nuggets was pull open a drawer and put them in a box. The fish for the fish sandwich also came out of a drawer. Anyway, I guess the manager was busy making herself an ice cream cone and the rest of the crew needed a rest or something. At this point, the cuteness has worn off and we’re moving on to another fast food place in Breezewood or stopping somewhere else.

Excellent stopping off point for a bathroom break! Nuff said!
