Paragon Lodging is happy to host wedding, gatherings, couples retreats, reunions, corporate and executive functions, athlete placement for major competitions and more. In addition we offer full service concierge opportunities, second home management, and exclusive deals/​discounts through our local partners called the Paragon Neighborhood. We have pet-​friendly homes available with our signature Pampered Pet Program. All of our homes have wifi. You will visit Breckenridge, but you always come home to Paragon.

History

Established in 2000.

Between the owners, we have over 40 years experience in the lodging and property management business.

Our goal is to provide each guest with the ultimate memorable vacation experience. We train and work side by side with all our staff and concierge service providers. What makes us unique is we are in our rental homes almost each and every week — sometimes more often, even staying in the homes ourselves. We know the ins and outs of each property allowing us to communicate with our homeowners on repairs and upgrades.

Communicating on a regular basis with our homeowners is essential — all our properties must meet Paragon’s high standards. To ensure your stay is perfect, each home has three separate pre-​arrival inspections by our expert staff.

Our maintnenace director has been with Paragon since it’s inception. We take pride in the outstanding performance of employees.

Krista and Johna R.

Business Owner

Krista and Johna started Paragon Lodging seeking to fill a niche that did not already exist in Breckenridge. Coming from property management and vacation rentals in town, the two women wanted to expand to their own business, something never done before. In July 2000, Krista and Johna start Paragon Lodging, focusing on short term and second home management of high-​end luxury properties. The vision was to class up this small mining town, and offer state of the art, 5 star quality homes to all Breckenridge travelers. In a sense, they brought a little bit of Aspen to Summit County. In the ten years they’ve been in business, Krista and Johna grew this exceptional company from one home and four employees, to over 60 properties and 10 staff persons and contractors, a full in house laundry, and an aswering service taking calls from 7am to 10pm every day of the week.
