History

Established in 1985.

Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) is the parent company of Gold Point Resort, Grand Timber Lodge, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and the Grand Colorado on Peak 8. BGV’s developers, Mike and Rob Millisor along with partner Mike Dudick, have been bringing families together and creating grand vacations since 1984.

I’ve been here several times over the past few months and love it here.
We were really impressed when the head maintenance guy came down the hill and helped my family and I get our jeep out of the snow in early spring. He didn’t have to do it since its wasn’t on the property but the fact he did it out of the goodness of his heart was impressive. I really love the staff here, they are awesome!
I will definitely be back!

This is a reasonable value hotel that has a clean, comfortable environment. The business remodeled this property it is opened back up. My wife and I have stayed in other more luxurious places in Breckenridge, and you pay about 50 percent less to stay here.
I would recommend a 1 bedroom versus the studio/​hotel room as it more spacious. Would recommend a 4WD drive to get to the resort as this is located at 10 400 feet, but worth the 3 mile drive out of the downtown.
