I called Varsity Tutors to arrange Spanish lessons in our home for our 3 young kids. After a week of back and forth between them and my husband we negotiated a rate and signed on for fifteen sessions. I paid with my credit card over the phone. They asked me questions about each of my kids learning styles and personalities. I had a really good feeling about it! When I called back to arrange the first session they told me that they were low on tutors in my area and that we could only provide lessons via Skype. Booooo. Thanks for wasting my time!!!
