I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and continue to give Sweet Nails my business because of the customer satisfaction provided. I am asked which service I’d like and am never, ever pushed for additional services or judged even if I «just» want the basic mani/​pedi. The technicians are courteous and attentive to detail, and the owner, Sandy, is quick to notice or infer if her own client (or the client of one of her employees) is in any way dissatisfied. A few years ago, I came in with a photo of an ombré sparkle look I wanted for my birthday, and Sandy made sure to get every piece of glitter in the perfect spot. I love this place because it’s clean, reasonably priced, and comfortable when it comes to getting what you want/​need without feeling awkwardly pressured for additional services. I hope to see Sweet Nails there for many years to come!

Highly recommend this place and maime! She takes her time and makes sure you’re happy with what you ask for. The owner is also very sweet. Cleanliness is key, and I always end up coming back.

Mamie just rocked my daughter and I’s nails… called at 6:30, not realizing they closed at 7pm. She stayed to finish us… and did not rush! Amazing gel polish job on me… did a fill & St Patty’s Day design on my daughter! Thanks Mamie! We will be back for sure!

I’ve been coming here on a regular basis for about 10 months now. The entire team is great. They are always friendly and professional. I’ve been to other places that are not as high quality as here. The gel nails last and there is a great selection of colors. The price is also awesome. Other places tend to over charge and under deliver. Not here.
Sandy and her staff are funny and friendly. The place is clean and comfortable. Very professional staff.

I’ve come here every two weeks for the past two years for my gel manicure and pedicure, but now I’m not happy anymore because there’s a new employee here, I forgot what she was called. She did my gel manicure terribly then proceeded to ask for tip in cash only. However, I didnt have any more cash left over, and that made her overly upset. I normally give a lot of tip but she was mad at me for not tipping in cash! I will not come back here because of what I’ve experienced.

Came here with some friends for a girls day out. First time here and decided to try their gel manicure with designs. They are all very friendly with each other and looks like a fun environment to work in. They all seems to enjoy working there and hence made it comfortable for customers. Since it’s Christmas season. My friends and I wanted some cute designs we found on Pinterest and Mamie did an awesome job on the details even though my nails were so short. Amy also did a great job.

I have to say that I’ve been coming here for a good two years. The facility is very clean and they used their products clean to the notch. Sandy is always my go-​to. She’s always very welcoming and already knows what I want and how I want it. She makes sure that everything is perfect to my needs, like dotting all her «i’s» and crossing all her «t’s». Never have I left unhappy.

I have been a regular here for years and my daughter just started coming here as well. We could not be more pleased. They treat us like family and are so polite and nice. Vivian has given me the best manicures of my life and all the ladies give great pedicures. They are ready and waiting for us at our scheduled appointment time and are fast but efficient. Sandy always makes sure we are happy before we leave and will fix whatever is not perfect (although I can’t remember anything ever being less than fabulous). I will never go anywhere else!

I love it here :) Vivian is so nice! This time I brought my sister to get a pedicure. She had a small cut on her leg before going in and they made sure she felt comfortable and that it wouldn’t get infected.

Sandy and Mamie are great. My wife and my daughter brought me… And I had a great time. So relaxing … More men should come here and just enjoy a relaxing foot massage. Sandy is so sweet and knows my whole family by name. Mamie is a great designer and artist… Some of the pics on this Unilocal are my daughters nails! Vivian and Amy are great too.

First time coming. It happens to be across from the Brea Mall where I was earlier in the day. I got a mani and pedi ($ 26) and Vivian was amazing. She did my mani. She took her time and the polish looks flawless. She was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Her hand and arm massage was so relaxing. She will now be my go to girl.

I have been going here on and off for years. The service is great. Always willing to go beyond on their designs. Go here during the week, the weekend gets a little busy. Gel nails $ 16. Not very many colors but they are excellent on designs. I have had them do a cupcake, r2d2 and Star Trek. Always great.

Let me start off by saying this: after going to sweet nails for the first time I have NEVER gone to another nail salon again. I went there at the recommendation of a friend and did the full package for my first trip mani-​pedi and eyebrows. All were done expertly and quickly with lots of communication to make sure I was happy with what I was doing. Sandy is especially friendly and is more concerned about making sure you’re happy then pushing another service on you. I’ve now been going exclusively to sweet nails for over a year and have seen them do incredible gel manicures and acrylics on me and my friends consistently. I have never left unhappy. My favorite little touch is they always paint just one nail and double check that you like the color on that nail before proceeding to the rest. It’s a small detail that makes me happy!

This place was great! Easily the best nail salon I’ve found in Brea. The pedicure was perfect and the pedicurist really took her time. The best part was everyone spoke in English to me and to each other in front of the other customers! Very respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend!

I have been here a few times, both time I had to wait. The first time I waited about 35 – 40 min, but the second time I waited well it’s now going on over an hour ! 3 people came in 30 min after me an hour and a half before their appointment time and were taken in before me! They even stated «we know we are early, we can wait if you can not take us now» but they were still taken in. I am not happy with the service! I would not have stuck around and waited if I did not bring my daughters friend along to get her nails done too. The quality of work is good, however the wait time and managing of customers is not.

I am a regular here and absolutely love it. When the nail salon down the street from my house closed I was desperate for a new place. I happened upon this salon over a year ago and could not be happier with it! All of the ladies that work there are so nice! They all are extremely talented at what they do, too. I’ve been going there for so long I think almost all of the ladies have worked on my nails; and they all do a fantastic job. The salon is super clean, and they scrub down the spas between each and every client. I’ve seen it done! All of the equipment is sterilized after a single use, too. The prices are also extremely reasonable. There are lots of choices in a $ 12-​$ 40 price range, and none of them are bad. They also won’t try to up sell you on anything. They show you the menu and ask you what you would like. I have recommended and taken countless people to this salon!

I like how they take their time to make sure everything is neat. I got my nails done here for my wedding and everyone loved it!

Ehh… Came in looking for a new local nail spot. I usually get light pink and white, they don’t even carry any other pink than a super dark bright pink which would look ridiculous like a neon pink with my pale complexion. Took 2 ½ hours to get a pedicure and fill. Had to get polish over my acrylics since they filled them with clear. The gel Polish is lumpy and splotchy with bad streaks.
Pros– friendly and clean with decent BASE prices
Cons– not very wide selection of polish with tiny selection of gels and poor stock of acrylic supplies. Nickel and dime EVERYTHING. Sooooooo slooooooow.
