A round of applause for this place! Excellent customer service hands down. I love comming here for my lunch im always greated and dismissed with a great smile

I guess they didn’t want my business. I saw online they don’t close until 10:30pm, unless they close at 10am and didn’t update their info online. Anyhoo, I called around 9:45pm, to place an order for three large sandwich platters for pick up around 11am next day for our three rugby sports teams playing in a tournament in Fullerton. The girl that answered said, they’re not taking orders because they are about to walk out the door now. However, she referred me to two other Subway shops in the area. I believe she said the one on Imperial and the other one closer to the Brea Mall. She said they may be closing at 11pm, and they can help me, or I can call back tomorrow morning at 8am when they open. Oh well, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Most sandwiches are made without any care but at this shop they make every sandwich with care and actually care to ask how your day is going, the morning crew always have a smile on there face and have a fantastic attitude

Every time I come here I always get hit with an attitude Or immature behavior behind the counter. Especially when customers are present. I’d think they would have enough tact to know not to talk about certain things. That’s just from a previous visit other than tonight. I don’t know who hires these kids, but they seriously need attitude adjustments. This is the third time and I am always being served by a kid who hates their job and doesn’t really care about customer satisfaction. I’m actually a very friendly person I come in with a smile and very polite so I don’t understand why I always get such negative reaction. Tonight did it for sure, and I will never come back. This kid Jason from the start– I read that you can make any sandwich as a salad so I picked one of the limited items. He gets a piece of chicken and literally throws It down on the counter he gets mad because I ask for double chicken and there he goes rolling his eyes bc he has to heat up another one. Then he begins the veggies and asks what I want on it I tell him then he just has this bad vibe like I am inconveniencing him so badly that it makes me nervous to the point i don’t even get everything I wanted in my salad. Not to mention he tells me «CAN YOU GO GRAB A PACKAGE OF APPLES OUT OF THE FRIDGE FOR ME» really? You don’t cut the apples yourself? Since when am I suppose to do YOUR job. I had to come home and chop up my own apple… Lol… Not fun with a sprained hand either. Geez. This is what I get for skipping cooking dinner for one night. Excuse me for wanting to give this subway my business!

This subway is hit or miss. Mostly miss. The only reason we come here is for convenience. Our sandwiches have been sloppily made pretty consistently, and whenever we ask for mayo/​mustard, it’s like slathering the whole bottle on the bread. The workers need to put more love into their sandwich making skills!

Service here is always great. Everything is clean, food is always fresh.

Hands down BEST SUBWAY EVER!!! Exceptional customer service, always greeted when you walk in! I will never go to any other subway even if its out of my way, i will come here! Me and my girlfriend visited this subway on a Sunday afternoon and had a great conversation with one of the employee’s there. They really do care about their customers! BRAVO guys! If I could rate this 10 stars I would! Ps they have the best Tuna Sandwiches!

Do not come here! I got severe food poisoning the LAST time I came. I know they are currently hiring and the girl who did my sandwich happen to be new. Clearly they did not train their employees correctly. I refuse to come back here. I will be calling the cooperation to notify them and make them pay my doctor visitS.

Again great service! They are having to hire a few new people who I’ve noticed are a little nervous, but that’s to be expected. Food is always fresh tasting! They are having a $ 2 6-​inch special for The month of December. I’ve been ordering the veggie, but having the veggies toasted along with the bread and provolone cheese. OMG delicious!
Food poisoning? Please! You can’t possibly know where you get sick from unless you get the food tested. Someone who has only reviewed once, well twice on the same place… Anyhow, not very credible!

I am a regular at this Subway.
Spacious and trendy, this Subway offers good service.
Just tried the Pastrami Sandwich and it was ridiculously good.
I recommend getting it toasted on white bread with provolone.
Veggies & condiments I put on:
Lettuce, Tomato, Bell Peppers, Pickles, and Mustard.
Well worth the 7.95+tax for a foot long.
Free Cookie on Tuesdays.

If I could I would not give any stars! This place is so horrible! I love subway but this is awful, ok well the service is. We just moved to this area and thought let take a break from packing and go. We walk in and the girl behind the counter is sooooo slow. We ordered two sandwhichs and it took her 5 minutes just to get the bread out. The whole process was just bad. But we thought maybe she was just having an off night. Nope. we go back there she is again. Just as slow. 2 weeks later we go back (not my choice) exact same thing! We ordered three sandwhichs, it took her forever to cut the bread and get it ready. Meanwhile, a group of three came in a good 8 min after us and another guy helped them and he finished there sandwhiches before she was even done putting on our veggies! I normally do not like to leave bad reviews but why is the girl still working there!!! THis subway just lost 4 customers (who fyi love subway). Her name is Kezalia or some nonsense like that. if you get her beware you will be there awhile!

Hey so this is a Subway, food is relatively fresh, and Sandwiches have that signature Subway taste to it.

Wow! Not one to really review fast food, but the breakfast flatbread sandwich Subway makes is great.
Had the current breakfast special with a cup of coffee for under $ 5.00.
Made on flatbread, it had egg, swiss cheese, tomato and spinach. The cheese melted perfectly with the egg, and the whole sandwich was excellent.
The guy behind the counter was quick and helpful.
Kinda glad that I missed breakfast at home and stopped here on the way in.

So to preface my review, first know that this is subway. Of all the subways I have been to, this has to be the best one I have gone to. Service was great, the workers there were very polite and helpful, place was new, and seating was large for a subway. On top of all that, they have a cool sofa seating area. The food was subway. Same thing wherever you go. One thing you should note is that they moved across the street so that they are now in the same shopping area as the Vons.
