My fiancé had her screen cracked pretty bad 5s. They were able to repair the phone quickly and kept everything intact. If you have broken screen I would recommend going here while you shop. Good service and gave us 10% because she was a at&t account holder. $ 90 isn’t so bad when you’re waiting for the new 7 to come out.

If I could give these people a 0 star rating I would. Worst customer service I have ever received from any company. They would not help me with the screen they put on my phone incorrectly. They charged me $ 130.00 for a defective screen they put on. Wouldn’t fix it or give me my old screen back. For $ 200 at sprint I could have just bought a new phone.
Do not go to this place, they don’t care about their clients. When I told the woman how upset I was she didn’t even care. I asked her how she would feel if someone charged her $ 130 for something that didn’t work correctly she told me it didn’t matter. Go upstairs to the Man next to Lush. He’s cheaper more efficient. DO NOT GO HERE!
Update* after further inspection at Sprint. They made me aware that not only did they not screw in my phone screen (missing screws), they tried glueing my screen back on. Who does that? This horrible place

I used to be a happy customer of them until they replaced the repair guy with another one.
I replaced the screen five months ago, they charged me same price as Apple offered and I didn’t know what I was thinking to myself to do it with them instead use Apple.
Anyway they replaced my screen and one month later and screen started to separate from the actually device, I went out there again, I had to talk with the owner until they agreed to replace the screen again and charged me just for screen protector which was ok. Two months later guess what? I just noticed now that the screen felling apart from the device again.
Guys I have iPhone for the past 5 years and that never happened to me before. It’s happen when my phone crush and screen brake but the screen itself looks like new.
Button line, the owner of this company is a great person but unfortunately the employees have no experience fixing phones.
This time, I’m not going back there to ask for warrantee, I’m going to Apple to pay them $ 100 to replace my iPhone 6 screen and hopefully than I’ll have piece in mind.

Do Not come here! I am Like the rest of those customers that are unhappy with their iPad repair! I came in the afternoon to get the screen fixed, came home and wifi was not working. I removed a little piece of dust and the screen cracked! Called them and asked to come back, said to go back in the morning! Came back first thing and the associate would not fix the screen unless I gave him another $ 75 to open it up! He couldn’t fix the wifi unless I paid again! He was worried about his job! I get it and no need to lose your job over this, but providing great customer service keeps people coming back so that you can keep your job! The manager is not in town supposedly and he didn’t want to make any decisions other than collect my money! She will be getting an angry report from the Simon Mall executives! They assured me that they would speak to her! #simonmallbrea Do Not use this service!

Super fast service and they did a great job. Repaired my iPhone 6 screen in 15 minutes and it’s in the mall so you can shop while you wait!

Please read! Highly recommended!!! They are amazing. I went to get my phone fixed and they were super friendly and outgoing, not to mention they were extremely helpful. They explained everything that might have been wrong with my phone and said they would try whatever they could to fix it. I knew it would be awhile and because of their phenomenal customer service I wasn’t worried about leaving my phone while I shopped. They called my friends phone once it was done and I finished my shopping went to pick it up expecting them to overcharge me from what I’ve read on other reviews but for how bad my phone was they’re pricing is quite reasonable. Apple wanted to give me a phone that was refurbished and it wasn’t a guarantee that the phone I revive would work a week from now. The guys upstairs were going to charge me less then here but while watching them repair a phone they looked confused and had a lot of questions so there was no way I’d trust them at SmartFix. But here they know what they are doing after talking to the workers I found out that this is nothing new for them they are students and very very knowledgeable about all things technology. I normally don’t do reviews but after seeming all the negativity I thought you guys should know they have new workers and amazing management and they are outstanding! Way to go Quick iRepair! I’ll be coming back if I happen to drop my phone, but knock on wood that I don’t!

I paid $ 40.00 to replace My iphone 5 battery when get home the battery don’t hold the charging if you unplug the charger the phone will die right away. I came back next day, they said they run out the battery, they will have it next day and stop by next keep said call us back we will have by tomorrow and already 7 days still don’t have the battery, the moment they know me to call them they hand off the phone,

HORRIBLE experience.
Went to get my screen fixed which was fine! Broke my phone (my fault I know) went to Apple to get it fixed and they refused to fix it because quick I repair sold me a fake Apple screen. Please be aware Apple will not touch your screen if fixed by them. So I ended up having to buy a brand new iPhone because Apple warranty doesn’t cover the phone once it’s been opened by them. I called the manager of quick repair and she was beyond rude. I asked her to please display a sign that says once touched by quick repair that Apple will no longer fix or touch the product. She was not at all understanding. I would never use again! Do not come here! They charge the same as Apple anyways.

I do not recommend!!! In January they claimed they could unlock my iphone so I could use overseas. Paid the $ 70 and was told it’d be done in a few days. It wasn’t, I went back to Europe and after several calls was told «it didn’t work…». I asked how I could get refunded as I’m now in Europe (where I live) and to just credit my Amex. They said, we can’t refund the credit card, but next time you are in town we will just refund you the cash.
Well, you can imagine the next step. I went in June with my receipt and the name/​phone of the person I talked to. Guy working the kiosk called «the boss» and said, sorry, we can’t refund you and the person you talked to is no longer here.
I’m handling the credit through Amex but also figure Unilocal can bring some Karma to this shady business.
(I won’t even rant about the other phone that they repaired the screen on only to have it crack two weeks later)

My phone wasn’t charging and I wasn’t sure why so I brought it here and they were able to detect the problem right away! It was so helpful and for a great price too! Levi was very quick at fixing the issue and getting my phone back to me. Thank you!

Avoid! They’re overpriced for starters. The guy crammed a screen in, which popped in my pocket after 4 days. Then they refused to replace it, telling me it was my fault. The power button also rotates around, which is driving me insane, but was told is «normal.»

Stopped here to get a new screen cover. Aaron took great care handling and cleaning my screen to put on the new one! He is well mannered and has a nice smile that screams «trustworthy». I would definitely return here if I ever need to! Thanks Aaron!

This place is a rip off! I dropped off my ipod to be fixed with them. I asked the guy how much and he said it’s a quick fix so $ 50, so I said ok and left it with them. He said it would be ready no later than Saturday and they’d call me. I never got a call! I called and they said they needed to order a new screen cause the one they had was defective and it would be ready Sunday. NEVER got a call Sunday so I called. Made some excuse why it wasn’t ready and that it would be ready Tuesday since it’s Memorial weekend. Okay fine but come Tuesday no damn call!!! I called and they didn’t even work on it yet! When it’s finally ready they wanted to charge $ 120. Ugh no we were told $ 50. Going back and forth the manager agreed to $ 90. The manager is a joke and so are the employees! Don’t go to them, rude and inconsiderate!

These people knows what they are doing! Apple wants to charge me $ 130 for my mom’s iphone screen! Theyre even wants us to do upgrade since upgrade is just $ 20 more! But with QUICK IREPAIR theyre fast and reliable! ALEX & AARON knows what theyre doing and if they say 20 mins they stick to theyre words!!!

Just got my Mom’s phone fix (LCD). Thanks to Aaron and Alex very helpful and knowledgeable it what there doing. Recommend this place to all.

TERRIBLE. I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all! I took my daughter’s iPad mini to replace a cracked screen. All went fine, we paid $ 150, employees were OK, said we had a 2-​week guarantee. We had to go out of town the next day and my daughter noticed a green discoloration on the LCD screen, which she hadn’t noticed before because it was only visible on a light background — which was absolutely NOT there before we took it to iRepair. They even check your device for such defects before they perform any work on it, and our diagnosis was 100% OK aside from the cracked screen. The discoloration wasn’t even anywhere near the corner that was cracked in the first place. As soon as we got back in town, we took it back to iRepair. They said it was an LCD issue, so they have to replace the LCD screen — BUT they didn’t have it in stock — AND the specific person who did our repair wasn’t there anyway, so there was nothing they could do about it. They had the nerve to tell me to come back on the day «our» repair guy was there.
So FINE, I came back a few days later when they said he would be at the kiosk, and he was there, but told me the same thing about the LCD screen. Of course, nothing he could do about it, said he had to call the owner, gave a bunch of excuses why she couldn’t be bothered at the moment, so he took down my contact info and PROMISED to call me back within 24 hours. SHOCKER — I didn’t get a call. Mind you, our «guarantee» was expiring the very next day. I called and several messages — no response.
I came back on the last day of our guarantee and had the same experience as the last time, so at that point I pretty much gave up. WE SHOULD’VE JUST TAKEN IT TO THE APPLE STORE. The $ 100+ or so we «saved» on the repair isn’t worth the frustration and time trying to get decent service from this place after they take your money. Their screen replacement by the way, was very LOW QUALITY. It’s only less than a month later and the edges are already peeling off. Lesson learned. DO NOT GO HERE.

I took a friend’s iPhone 4S first to Apple to see how much it would cost to fix a faulty internal microphone. They said they would swap the phone out and give me a new one for $ 199, so I laughed, took my phone, and walked to the repair kiosk I passed on the way in. I explained the problem to the guy at the desk. He quoted me $ 45 and that it’d take about 20 – 30 minutes. After about 30 minutes, the phone still wasn’t done, but apparently it wasn’t the microphone module that was the problem after all. He cleaned out the innards, replace the original module, and got it working. My friend had bought the phone used and apparently there was something blocking the microphone inside the phone casing. I was only charged then $ 20 for his time since the mic/​charging module didn’t need replacing. The service was friendly, quick, and honest. I’d recommend this place for anyone that has an iPhone problem that isn’t under warranty with Apple.

These guys are LIFE SAVERS! My 4 year old dropped my iPhone 5c on the floor and my screen stooped working all together. My life was on hold until I found this guys, they fixed my iPhone, with great Service and a great price, honestly I was expecting/​willing to put down much more for my baby!

Horrible customer service and rude employees. I took my iPhone 4S to get the front glass replaced. They charged me $ 69, which is fair, but not for the bad service. I came back after 25 min, they were done, but there was a purple dot on the screen. I asked them to fix it. It took them an additional hour and 10 minutes. Then they wouldn’t agree to a slight discount for their disservice. Bad experience and the manager lady is ignorant, unapologetic, and really rude.
