We were on vacation when our tile guy found mold durning our remodel. He told our friend who knew knew Chris at Protech and they called Chris. Protech did all their testing and everything while we were gone. Once our insurance (which Protech works with and helps take care of sending paperwork to) approved us Protech quickly sched their visit and will be starting work on Monday. They’ve been so helpful and reassuring. I can’t wait to have my laundry room and bathroom back in use. I would have chosen to use them even if my insurance hadn’t helped pay for repairs which I felt where very reasonably priced. They even recommend a roofer when I asked if they knew of one. Thanks for all your help Protech. Well now a little disappointed in them. They’ve moved onto stage 2 of repairs and have come to a stop. Know it’s Chad and we haven’t been contacted in awhile now no updates or anything. They still haven’t finished repairs I’m stuck w a torn apart expanded laundry area. I’ll keep updating as project moves along. Was 5 stars now 3.

Ian and the entire ProTech team were on top of the work at my house which included drywall, painting, plumbing, tiling, and grouting. There was one minor issue that I reported on a Friday night that was corrected by 8:30 Saturday morning. Mistakes happen, but how they reacted to those mistakes makes this a 5 star company.

Protect did a great job on my house Insurance company recommended them for the repairs. We had a large house fire and they relieved all the stress so we could concentrate on putting our lives back together

This is not a mercy review put in to offset some other lower scores. I truly had a good experience with ProTech. They were attentive, fair and worked hard to meet our quick deadline… and did! They were very attentive and always returned my calls. They were timely and informative. When we ran into the inevitable issue, they were fair and easy to work with. Their subs were attentive, competent and hard working. I was pleased with the entire process and the timing of everything. Hat’s off Ian and Chad and all the Subs! Thanks again.

I recently had a water loss at my home and Protech Construction came to the rescue. I called my insurance company and my agent recommended that I call Danielle… So glad I Did! Danielle made this horrible experience a very smooth and amazing one. Her humor and upbeat personality allowed me to feel very comfortable with her and their team. Within an hour of placing the phone call their Emergency Service crew was at my house ready to work. They set up equipment in my home and continuously communicated with me on scheduling and the next phase of work. Protech also had an estimator out to provide a repair estimate for my home. I have dealt with contractors in the past, and have had horrible experiences. I will definitely recommended Protech to all my family and friends.

Protech handled all of the repair work after a burst water heater damaged interior drywall and electrical wiring. They were fast, efficient, reliable and friendly, to boot. Very highly recommend them.

However, the group at PROTECH and especially Bob Sandler have proven themselves as one of the best I have ever dealt with. They completed my complicated project using multiple trades on-​time and within budget. Their work was exceptional and the people doing the work were clean, efficient and cretinous. I found the staff and related workers from Protech to be professional, timely, experienced and pleasant. They did what was promised when it was promised. Bottomline is the job got done on time and completely to my satisfaction. In fact, the house looks better now than it did before the loss.

It was so nice to have such caring and professional people working so hard to get the job done. They knew i was upset and did everything they could to let me know things would get better. the whole emergency service team were so nice and respectful of my home even though it was a mess. And every time I called someone answered and helped me with any of my questions or concerns. This team showed up late in the night and got my home taken care of quickly. The next day I heard from someone right away. I didn’t need to call them first. They really took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Thank you to Pro Tech and I will defiantly recommend you to anyone I know.

Had water leak at my home and they were recommended by our insurance company. Did an impeccable job. Home is dry and looks better than before! Project Manager was a great help. I would highly recommend Protech Construction.

We had a flood in our building due to a busted pipe. The insurance company recommended these guys and we unfortunately went with them.
They took over 2 months to get the job done. They didn’t complete the job. And the workers left trash and fast food all over the house durring the process which caused a serious ant problem.
The project manager was a complete flake who failed to give us updated and communicate with us. They billed us before they even finished the work, and still never completed the job. Didn’t re– hang doors… etc.

Protech came recommended by our insurance company after we had a pipe burst and mold. After talking to a couple of companies, we felt most comfortable with them. They were always on time, quick, courteous and clean. It was a real pleasure working with their crew during an unpleasant time.

A pipe burst in our house’s foundation, causing our first floor to flood. (Quite the welcome gift to our new home.) Our insurance company recommended Protech, among a few others. After doing our research, we decided to use them, namely because they contracted out steps of the project to pros in that particular field, versus one person doing everything.
During the project, our project manager offered some great remodeling suggestions, and led us to some pretty good vendors (loved our granite fabricator!). Our neighbors, on the other hand, couldn’t handle most of them, often complaining to us — and confronting them — about the noise. They especially loved our floor installer, who would allegedly open all the windows, crank up his ghetto blaster (really!) and sing over the noise of his table saw. Good times.
We contracted with Protech to replace the drywall cut away from the water restoration people, reinstall the cabinets/​countertops/​sink, cut down the bar and make it flush, reinstall the wood floor and baseboards and lastly paint. It took them about FOUR MONTHS to do this. That meant FOUR MONTHS of MORTGAGE PAYMENTS for a house we had yet to live in (did I mention it was our first?), RENT for the place we lived in waiting for them to finish and FEES for the storage unit we had for our furniture we couldn’t yet move in. Four months was definitely not cool.
Other than our granite fabricator and melodious floor installer, the quality of the work was really just average.
