Pandora

Do not go to this place. My credit card information was compromised here. No response from management on handling this. I had a text from my bank show up in my phone within 5 minutes of buying charms here. 2 charges had already been made in other cities. They sell these same charms at other jewelry stores — walk across the mall and by them elsewhere.

I’ve always loved coming here since my boyfriend first got me my first Pandora charm bracelet New Years 2012. Every time I come, I’ve always been greeted with warm smiles & have always had all my questions answered. The staff is especially patient since it takes me a while to choose a charm.
Today, Ashley helped me and polished my charm for free! She let me know about the polishing cloth that would help me clean my charms at home! I never knew before! Thanks Ashley! (:

Service here is horrible. I shop here all the time and the workers are very nice when you actually purchase something. If not, they are very stuck up. I recently completed a transaction where the only words exchanged were hello, not even a ‘here you go’ or ‘thank you’ once completed. I’m not looking for much but don’t need the bad attitude.

Very good customer service and they clean my bracelet for free everytime I go there. Pandora is my favorite jewelry store.

First time buying jewelry ever, so I was a little curious how things would go. Haley, was more than helpful and patient with my girl friend who took some time making a choice. Would recommend Pandora to a friend.

Don’t ever go there! I’ve never had an experience like that before, can’t imagine how it could happen in a chain store like this!!! The management should seriously consider to enforce a stricter employment policy. I went there to do an exchange, but It seemed like I’m not welcome at all. After I decided what to exchange for, the lady just carelessly put my charm on the bracelet without asking me what I think about the charm matching my other charms, instead she just went straight to the counter and wanted me to pay the difference! She didn’t even help me put on my bracelet!!! Very funny, and I spent so much time putting the bracelet on, but she didn’t even come and ask if I need help. She just kept standing at the cashier counter and waited for me to pay. There are so many Pandora stores, so don’t go to this one if you have a choice.

Jae is very professional and knowledgeable to help me get what I want, I definitely would shop here again soon.

Especially Amanda and Brittany, they did the best to make sure we get the charms we loved, order the items that are not in stock. follow up by calling back when my beloved charms have arrived. also thanks to their patience, because we all know it takes time to pick out the charms you would feel unique to tell about your own story.

Was in the store today picking out my anniversary gift and worked with Jay and the service was fantastic! Couldn’t be happier. Love coming to this Pandora :)

Brook hooked uss up and didn’t get mad when I changed my mind a million times.

One of the staff members was so rude when I wanted to look at buying charms and bracelets. I asked her to name me some categories the charms belonged to, but she pulled the excuse of how there are over 700 charms and too many categories. It’s your job to help people and if I did bother looking at the site beforehand, there would almost be no point of having a bunch of staff on hand. There’s no need to be super rude when I simply asked if the product can be delivered to another Pandora store or my house. If someone working for Pandora is going to be acting this way, I suggest these individual (s) to go work somewhere that is «not classy». Learn some class and represent your products better.
However, I do love the Pandora charms and the product did come in one piece when it was special ordered so that gives one extra star.

Very poor customer service. I came in to purchase a few charms for my wife. I asked for help, and was just directed to a case. No further assistance was offered, and I was completely dismissed as soon as another customer walked in. Good thing there are other stores in the mall, and surroounding area that sell pandora jewelry. They also offer better customer service too!
I don’t blame the employees, as this is completely due to poor management.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t come here to buy anything. People there are ghetto. Buy online and avoid paying taxes too. Literally stood there for twenty minutes and not so much as a nod to say «hey we see you and will be right with you.»

I love this store! Every time I have gone there, I have received excellent customer service! I go in all of the time and I am ALWAYS greeted (right away btw) with a friendly attitude. I’m never rushed and I take my time.

Asian Jenny was not very friendly… she didn’t seem to have a passion for her job and looked pissed off the entire time.
We bought over $ 300 worth of stuff but she still looked upset… I didn’t owe her anything… She made me feel like we were asking her to do something outside her job duty and we were inconveniencing her by asking her to see the charms. We felt like we had to say «sorry, can I see that one?» As if we were bothering her…

Or, well, the concept of Pandora. Fairly high quality jewelry that is completely customizable. Necklaces, rings, bracelets, and earrings.
Hubby and I started to actually create a Pandora bracelet when we were still bf/​gf. We got a charm each month before the wedding, and he gave me another bracelet after the wedding. So, yes, very nice gifts to have. And, by picking out the charms you want, you can definitely make a story.
Now, the prices can be a little high for the charms and bracelet. Three charms and a bracelet can be over $ 250, depending on what you get. And if anything has 14k gold, you can definitely expect the price per charm to be over $ 80 or so. If it’s completely 14k gold, then the charm can be over $ 100 for sure.
Overall lots of choices, but it can be an investment over time. And, if you don’t get certain clasps, parts of the bracelet can bite.
In terms of the store, nice staff. However, it’s a very personal experience, so there will likely be a wait time during the weekend, as each staff member will work with one customer at a time. They do have small catalogs that you can browse through or take home. Clean store, but it can feel VERY small because of all of the choices and the number of customers looking at everything. You can also go to Ben Bridges, as they’ll have a few charms, but not necessarily the latest and greatest.

I went to Pandora’s jewelry today to see if I could buy a single or pair of gold earring backs. I had lost one of my earring backs to my diamond studs and have been using a really cheap fake gold backing to it.
The young lady that helped me was really tentative to my needs she went shuffling through her drawer and found a single Gold earring back. She cleaned it for me and said is this what you’re looking for?
It was perfect and it was exactly what I was looking for. Then I asked her if I could buy it and she said that she didn’t think they sold those single earring backs in their store to make a long story short she ended up giving it to me and that was very sweet. I told her I was a professional Unilocaler and would give her a good review.
So here it is Pandora jewelry at the Brea mall and their sales staff are top notch!

My experience with Pandora is pretty much nonexistent, meaning that I walked in with my mom and sister, the employees glanced our way, and then didn’t even speak a word to us for the duration of our browsing (about five minutes or so). There were two girls standing toward the back chatting at times and just spacing out during other times, and one or two more helping out a customer in the middle island area.
I checked into this place on Unilocal just so that I would remember to write a review. It just seemed a bit rude to be ignored the entire time. I could bring race into a factor, considering the people who were being helped when we walked in, then the customers who were asked if they needed help AFTER we walked in, but it could be other factors so I won’t go as far as to say that.
