When I pay $ 15 for a meal with drink and appetizer, I would expect to not be charged $.55 for a refill! Ridiculous!

This location is not the best. The food was not greasy, I asked the lady if I could wait for a fresh batch and I was told that they didn’t have anything cooking and that this was all they had. I loaded up and sat down to eat and sure enough it wasn’t very good. I ended up placing my tray in the trash and got something else. Not the best Panda location.

Shocked by the low reviews for this Panda Express. Service has always been good and they have always offer me a free sample before making my order. My go to– ½ fried rice ½ mixed veggie 2 items– Beef broccoli and Teriyaki Chicken They give you ton of food. It is literally two meals in one. All for under 8 dollars. Its a Nguyen Huynh situation.

They are beyond nice to me here. My favorite panda because all the employees including the managers are super nice and they always hook up my food. I work in the mall and they never forget to give me my discount. I seriously come to this panda at least 2 times a week and I’ve never been let down by the service or the quality of the food 5 stars well earned

The food quality is consistent, unless you come by before closing. The customer service is ok, but always seems like the servers are reciting a script. They never seem happy to be working there. The manager always appears rushed and stressed. I keep coming back because I like the food, but it definitely isn’t authentic Chinese food… avoid if this is what you’re looking for.

First guy in line very welcoming and friendly. Checker needs to treat all customers nicely and with a smile not just the young men she is flirting with.

2 stars for the nice customer service. No stinginess towards samples and I always ask for at least 3 or more samples to see which item is good tasting at any location. Unfortunately this mall Panda Express lacks exclamation towards their items. A lot of them were dry and unwanting. I had no choice but to get this as I wanted orange chicken. I had my mind set. Noodles are seriously bad and dry. Fried Rice lacks any type of enjoyment. Had to soy sauce the hell out of the plate with chili to make my own flavored happiness. I’ve had better and this location is a bad one on the sh! t list of pandas. Genghis Kahn next time I’m in this food court wanting some type of food close to the craving.

Its one hour before closing and they only have rice, chow mein and 3 entrees left with no more coming. BOH staff is fully consumed with closing up the kitchen, not cooking, with 4 other guests in line. Truly hope youre meeting your food cost, because customer service is not important. So sad…

Horrible service! I ordered my food and started to eat; my brown rice was so hard! Took it back and all they did was tell me was that it was the last of the rice. I was expecting a drink or something because they knew they were giving bad rice. Nope they charged me for the drink I ordered and didn’t even apologize! Horrible service! And the manager was the one who took care of me!

Don’t expect top notch service here. If you like panda… that’s all you should be the reason as for me they didn’t have my favorite dish«eggplant and tofu» bummer. For me everything else is meh. The service here really cannot be described, they are rude and weird how all if them never smile. Always makes me feel a bit uncomfortable and yucky. Don’t know why I always end up eating panda at the food court(they must put something in their food where you automatically want them when you see that panda holding a bamboo? Ultimately…service sucks. food is heavy greasy but decent Chinese fast food.

Can you believe that Panda Express has gotten worse and worse? Although this Panda Express will always have people going to it during the lunch hour since it is at the mall, this place has easily skimped on the amount of food, plus they have had made the boxes smaller while keeping their high prices. It’s not worth it to eat here anymore. I would go to Genghis Khan but that always has a long line. They quickly go through the line too(but since there’s a long line anyways), so you cannot dawdle here or they get impatient.

There’s a reason why this place had such low ratings. The service is mechanical. The lady straight up ignored my sisters when they asked her for a sample. She skimped us out HARD on the chow mein. I paid extra for the honey walnut shrimp and Shanghai steak and both were very bland. Not a good meal at all. I later regretted it :(

I ate here often before. I saw something I cannot forgive today. Employee was with me in the restroom and walked right out the restroom after flushing while I was still washing my hands. Brea Mall Panda Express Owner(s), please address this issue for the safety of your customers. I didn’t get a good look at his face, only the panda uniform. As far as food and service go though, food sometimes is a little salty depending on how long it has been sitting there, but service is generally very friendly and pleasant. 1 star for serious health concern.

I just had lunch here a few hours back… Got myself a Half-and-Half Chow Mein and Friend Rice with a couple of entrees(Honey Walnut Shrimp and Cream Cheese Rangoon)… OMG!?! Half-an-hour later, for some reason, feel just like throwing up(btw, I didnt finish my meal, couldnt take any more of the Rangoon)… Had to hold it down through some hot black coffee — long enough to get home. Even now, 3-hrs later, I dont feel any better… m(__)m Maybe today was just bad-luck… But, me thinks not to come here anymore…

They work wayyyyy too fast, meat was good but the cream cheese rangoons had near to NOTHING of cream cheese. The woman who rang me up messed up my change with the customer before me so I ended up giving him my change because I didn’t want to deal with the frustration. I get its FAST food but it was way too fast for me… I had no time to think.

Like the reviewer before me my orange chicken tasted like a corn dog. The beef dish didn’t have enough sauce to soften the dry harden crusty exterior. I’ve never been sick from Panda Express before but I was camped in the bathroom that night. Ew.
