Hi there, my specialty is helping people focus on what they really REALLY want in their lives and working together on making it HAPPEN.

Coaching is a great, supportive way to get past the challenges and help your life run more smoothly– it tends to be easier and faster than doing it on your own.

We can address things that may be getting in your way, which often times are fears, doubts, lack of information or sometimes it’s just about getting really REALLY clear about what Y O U want– along with some added support to help you sort through it all.

The goal for these 2 sessions are to leave you with more clarity, direction, motivation, and to come up with hands on strategies you can apply right away– with whatever issues you bring. We can start by phone, Skype– or meet in person.

History

Established in 2012.

~Before opening my Coaching doors in February 2012, my experience was working for 14 years in the Social Work field – with all ages and types of individuals. I have always loved helping people grow and gather the tools to create happier, more fulfilling lives.

With my Coach training and certification through the Life Coach Institute of Orange County, it is my honor to help you wherever you are.

A bit about the Coach, I tend to enjoy the simple things in life. I love my daily walks, my meditations, my time in nature and just being a compassionate, loving soul. I love to surround myself with people who live their lives with passion and who are inspired to make this world a better place.

I’ve traveled, living in Spain & Yosemite when my passion for Rock Climbing took me to many amazing places. I wrote & illustrated a book about life called «Sometimes in Life». After working in the Social Work field for many years I am thrilled to continue making a difference helping people be the best they can be. Wherever YOU are, it would be my honor to meet you there
